Paying for nothing it seems... No matching artwork. I've been very patient with the switch to the new server, but this should be done. Still not working. Maybe you need to go back to the original server. Maybe add an additional function to search images on the web in general. Smart Audiobook Player does, why not you?
Lovely App just one issue regarding the artist icon pictures, a handful of artists in my library appear to have no picture attached, it spoils the overall look of my library. Would be great to see a fix for this. I love this player though.
So now I am only getting offered a partial refund for something that does not work at all, not EVEN PARTIALLY IT just doesn't do what it says in the description. Because it used to work I'm supposed to appreciate the partial refund? You got me throwed off. It's not my fault or my problem that it stopped working. A FULL refund is the LEAST that you guys could do for this app failing to deliver what it says it does. "No matching artwork found." Returned on most queries. It used to work before.
I can't get it to save tag information. I grant access to the SD card and it shows access granted then when I try to save tag info it pops up with the grant access popup. Not sure if it's a compatibility with the latest version of android but super frustrating
Doesn't do anything. Doesn't sync playlists. All it did is add "back up" row to cloud features section. No lists on my new phone. Useless.
Perhaps I'm tech illiterate but I can't seem to pay for my subscription unless it's the same thing with what happened to "Lyrics" and it's in the way out.... Or I guess it's transitioning? Not sure but clarification would be much appreciated
Great Idea! I wish I had this feature a long time ago, it would have saved me from having to rebuild my playlists from scratch. I have about 70 gigs of music, with that much, this is a necessity. Thanks!
This at one time used to be a great music app, I'm very disappointed after the app quit editing the music and art.
Absolutely trash app. It doesn't ever work. It does nothing it says it does. It doesn't update the artwork. It doesn't save playlists. It hasn't worked on about a year. Absolutely trash.
No real benefit at all to this service. Can't find artist info for some major artists. Google music does everything this does but for free!
The album art finder never finds anything. Zero results every time. Useless garbage.

I paid for this and backed up my WHOLE library! Now i got a new phone and i have NO music at all. I can press restore but to no avail. Its upsetting. Forget the money i lost my tunes!! WHY?!?!?

I can't update anything anymore. Why am I paying for a subscription that doesn't work properly anymore?
I pay the service but there is no the Auto Tag option, is missing or you just delete it?
What am I paying for? And, more importantly, how come I can't find this subscription to end it?

Was a wonderful app and my fav music player app. A big reason was the add on where it would find album artwork for all your songs. That a while ago stopped working apparently due to some third party that provided the surface. I'd get a new company or service to handle it asap or you are going to lose a huge number of people.
I love Rocket Player, definitely my favourite music player. This cloud expansion is handy, but it doesn't seem to be able to find photos for around half of the artists in my library, most of which are pretty well known. I understand it's limited by the Gracenotes database, but it would be great if there was a way to set artist images manually.
Every single time I open rocket player with this expansion installed, i have enough time to scroll to the "M"s in artist names before it tells me "rocket player cloud expansion keeps stopping" and kicks me out of the app. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the cloud expansion. Several times. I've tried updating rocket player. I'm on the current version for all of the expansions. I've tried using a different theme. I've tried googling the problem. This app would hands-down be the best on the market if it didn't have this problem, but with the constant crashes it's unusable
After using the Auto-Tagger manually for a while, I think I'll switch to a third-party service for tagging music, at this time the experience with the cloud is just too slow, inconsistent and frustrating to me. Bulk auto-tagging and artwork search would be a great feature if you want to improve, also being able to choose from multiple hits for auto-tags, because oftentimes the first hit is very inaccurate. And yes, hiding the app breaks the cloud features, but I just don't hide the app now.
