Usuable app, but I don't like that only pos purchase are posted right away. some times any payment made straight from the account will actually not post. You have to look it up. Not a fan of that.
Only lets me log in the first time, then says my authentication is wrong so I need to call the help desk and get a temporary password so I can actually see my account. Every time I try to log in with the password I created and saved as my password it says it's wrong 🙃
It's okay but could use improvements, everything I need to know is right there and depositing checks is really easy. A budget feature would be really cool. One thing that gets me is that I have to disconnect my wifi to log in most times. It's super fast under data connection though. Now, it's 99% NOT due my internet connection , it's a rather inconvenient.
I really liked this app. Liked. With the newest update, the deposit check feature is ok, but the camera is awful. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still the camera takes the pictures of your check too dark, stretched and distorted almost sideways which makes it incredibly difficult to get the app to accept the check. This really needs working on.
App is bad. Maybe the infrastructure behind it is bad. However, every morning I am unable to log in. I had to call customer support one morning, after which point it worked, and this morning I had to log in through the browser, at which point the app finally started working again. For whatever reason, logging in through the app for the first time of the day comes up with an incorrect password error.
Excellent! Sometimes I can't connect, but it gets points for being *so* polite, "Your internet connection is slow, but we're going to keep trying.... still trying..." 😄 Can transfer money with ease, a definite plus. Won't give me money from other people's accounts, a real downer. And still doesn't give out free samples. 🙁
I love this app and bank! Very user friendly, instant access to activity, deposit checks, and set up alerts for minimum balances! Update App is currently not loading keypad when needed for entering numbers when trying to transfer funds???
It takes forever to deposit a check. I have to keep retaking photos of the back because the AI fails to recognize the endorsement even though it is clearly there in the photo. Super frustrating. Mobile check deposit is the entire reason i downloaded the app.
Bring back EBSB! When Rockland Trust took over we were told that the routing # for the checking would stay the same. I'm now getting notifications from my auto pay accounts that the # doesn't work anymore. Rockland now wants you to buy new checks so they say Rockland on them, for 50%off. How about they give us free checks because they changed the name of the bank. They also took away the ability to customize and categorize your online checking statements and print year end reports.
it's a solid app, but a little slow on even the fastest phones on the market. it's also slightly more clunky than the BoA app. I wish mobile deposits were faster and easier, for example wish there ess a dedicated button for it on the main screen and also that I wouldn't have to enter the check # every time.
App is currently experiencing a bug where it can not log in at all. After entering info, it will enter a forever loading screen. Very rarely I will get through, but most of the time, it doesn't work. App worked perfectly before this bug
I have used this bank for about four decades. I have had a checking account and several loans without any problems. The staff is professional, yet personable and friendly. They really know how to do their job. In other businesses, Some people just dont. Their app works great and you can access anything. Also, I believe they have 85 branches in MA. I highly recommend Rockland Trust for all your banking.
It's prettt good. calling-up statments is a bit bothersome. But, for staying on track and working with all account access, and making tranactions its Fantastic. I know where I am at all times. Quicker smarters decisions. (I appreciate they send hard copy statements every month. Makes record keeping secure and ordelry. )
I was at the West Lynn branch today to open a new account. I had the best customer service experience in this bank than I have had in years from other banks.
Except for very rare occasions when the site is being upgraded for short periods of time it always allows me to handle my banking need without going to a branch. Transferring funds and checking out my hx is a breeze. The only thing I could think of that would improve it from my perspective would be the ability to alert Rockland Trust when I'm going to be out of town on business so there's no problems using my card..
When depositing a check, the image is blurry, every time and gets rejected. Have uninstalled and reinstalled many times and no improvements. It's been a while RT needs to get it together, if I cant use tha app, I'll put my money into another bank! Ridiculous!
It's a good app, it works. Mobile Deposits make my life so much easier. The only complaint I have is that "current balance" vs "available balance" thing they've got. It always confuses me and I'm never quite sure which one to look at for a definitive answer as to how much money is in my account.
It worked great for years. Suddenly it no longer works to sign in to check my account at this bank. I uninstalled it.. then re installed and it worked perfectly...twice...then stopped working again. I came here to uninstall and reinstall so I can access my accounts.
I use the mobile version for everything personal" and I have ever had any problems that I can remember. If I do a transfer from account to account it's instantaneous or as close as you can get. One stop shopping for my personal needs. My business accounts including payroll are all done thru RTC and they are not only helpful, they are efficient as well.
Slow, bug ridden and unreliable. Crashes randomly. They've had years to fix it and they never did. It would be just as much trouble to go to a branch every time you want to deposit a check or see your balance.
On the whole, the app is good and does what it is supposed to do.. However, the photo deposit is subject to breaking down. You get a message to the effect that you need to download the mobile app (while you are using the mobile app). The only solution to to delete the app and redownload it and, of course, re-register your device.
App was great for last couple of years. For the last few weeks it will not load... unless I uninstall and reinstall. Even then, it only works twice and then the process starts over again. PLEASE FIX!!!
Useful app. I'd give 5 stars if there were a way to mark/highlight line items that have been accounted for in my register, as it would save time in not having to go back and reverify similar transaction amounts or places where purchases are frequently made.
what is wrong with this app??!! All of a sudden it won't load!!! its been happening for a while now! I deleted it and started over. it worked once, now it won't load again! really really frustrating. I depend on this app so much. fix please, I've tried everything!!
It was great but now the deposit option doesn't take a clear picture of checks. My camera works great except for the app. The pictures are either really dark or really blurry. Please fix this problem.
I really like this app except that Ive needed to uninstall and reinstall the app several times because it was taking too long to load. or it never did. Maybe im just missing an update but ive checked several times and nothing.
app is awful, never loads just spins like its gonna load went to branch to discuss issue said uninstall and reinstall, tried all that same issue. what's the point of online banking if you cant access your account, seriously considering changing banks. I have been with Rockland Trust for 13yrs. think it's time to move on.
use to be a good app but starting this month December 2018 it has trouble loading and it needs to be fixed. i was at a store i couldn't get on to transfer funds ftom savings to checking they had an ATM there but had to pay fees to use it. need to fix this APP NOW!!!! even after update on 1/2/19 still does not load.
FIX THE LOADING SCREEN BUG!!! App was 100 stars to me for a long time. it truly made my life so much easier being able to manage nearly all of my account functions from my phone but is useless now that I'm have to reinstall after a single use. please fix
I had Bank of America for over 15 years (2004-2022). The amount of money I lost due to how many times BOA rearranged my transactions, not in the order I spent my money, but from largest to smallest or certain transactions over other ones to cause more overdrafts is out of hand. BoA gets sued time and again, pay a measly settlement, don't admit they did anything wrong as w/ most settlements, and pick it right back up. Crooks!
