This app only works half the time. it has the option for finger print but it will only work when I use use the password first. I submit payments that I receive email confirmation for that still don't go through. I'm going to start doing everything by mail because this app is horrible!
I have never been able to pay my bill using my debit card on the app. The stupid calendar, PLEASE have your developer remove the calendar. Let us input the date ourselves. No matter what i do, it won't let me set it to 02/23, it keeps inputting March, then telling me my card is expired. I have to go directly to the website. And no, not interested in autopay, don't suggest it. Hate this app and even our website profiles, which is outdated, it's so plain and vague.
The login is always a problem. Fingerprint reader always resets and wants a password then half the time the password comes back as incorrect. If you want payments make it easy to give you money. :)
Needs a better view into your account, energy usage for example, come on on bar for the whole year no descriptions on the graph this is beginner level development. Also needs energy generate for solar customers, not a huge fan of the app so far, but with some changes might prove to be useful.
Pretty easy to use and very straightforward. I just paid a bill online and didn't get a notice it went through, but when I went to pee again at gave me a notice that it had already been paid rather than accepting a second payment unnecessarily. Good system.
Worked great until the latest update. It says I must update, but never actually downloads or installs the latest version. It just spins and spins, and says "pending....". I've tried numerous times over several weeks. Same no results. FRUSTRATING!
It would not even let me set up an account for 20 minutes. Once I finally got it to do something other then repeat my account doesn't match it would not let me connect my account to the app. Do not use this app. It almost made me break my phone after 30 minutes of error messages.
Not sure why i bothered to try this app again... It will not let me choose a password! It doesnt matter what i try it says the password has commonly use characters... Well DUH how many customers use this app? Of course there will be common characters! Uninstalling it again and i will not try it a 3rd time because i doubt highly it will be the charm....
App is ok, my biggest issue is the fingerprint authorization. Everytime i open the app, it tells me to sign on using email and password to enable fingerprint authorization, even though it is already enabled.
so far have had to sign in everytime to the app, I have it set to supposedly use biometrics, but never works. Has yet to fix the bug, and now it's up to the point where you HAVE to use username and pw EVERYTIME what's the point at all????
Garbage can't even put date in for credt card, called Support to let them know, their attitude was, "I don't usually get this type of problem" and that was it… nothing. Never fixed it. Only way now is you have to go through the main site. No, can't use the app for paying a payment with credit card. Useless.
I'm surprised payments are recorded along with usage given that fingerprint authentication is broken. Why offer a feature when you don't actually take the time to properly implement it? Given how much RMP charges for electricity I would have guessed they have the funds to pay for a functioning app.
Can't pay bill by credit card on the app. The expiration date pulls up the Android date pocker that requires a date. Even selecting the last day of the month doesn't work.
Every month, the app tells me I can't use my biometrics until I login with my password. I put my password in, it doesn't accept it. I change my password on my laptop, try to login on my phone again, it still won't work. The app is garbage.
first off rocky mountain you cant keep the power evem on in Douglas wyoming.. second your app is absolutley worthless!! it wont download at all. Third it would be nice to get warning when your power is going to be turned off for your so called maintainence!!!! I am 53 yrs old and i have never owned a home until dirt stick Douglas Wyoming where the power company cant keep the power on . What exactly does our money go towards? it sure the heck isnt for keeping us customers with power turned on.
App is broken. Unable to pay online. Date selection opens a calendar pop out but selecting the date doesn't input it and you can't use the keyboard. Without the ability to pay my bill this app is useless
This app was bad before the new version was released but now I can't even log in without trying 10 times and it won't let me make a payment or view my bills! Who designed this a mentally disabled chimp!!!!
App is not easy to use. Claims to be able to take my payment but only if using a checking account (with a check). Debit and credit card processing DOES NOT WORK. Now I have to get to a computer to make my payment
Would be nice to have the app push a notification when a new bill has been received. Otherwise it works fine with some login issues.
Cant even key my payment info in anymore because it won't allow me to properly populate card expiration date. Always amazed when companies fail to effectively collect payments. But im sure they'll effectively shut off service if payment not received. Ridiculous.
It's an ok app. It's nice to see my bill but it's kind of wonky. I can sometimes use my biometrics to log in and other times it has me login with password but it's really for no reason.
Same problem as everyone else! I deleted this stupid app because it claims that due to security updates I need to reset my password every time I try to log in! The app was fine before this update! FIX IT!
One of the worst apps I've ever used. It never accepts my password and now it won't work because it's saying it's not updated even after Uninstalling and downloading the app.
I cannot reset my password!!! The link says the page is missing! Why is the security so important on a utility??? If someone wants to login and pay my bill, go for it! I CAN'T SIGN IN AND PAY MY BILL!!
Easy to use. Wish it would save the payment information so I won't have to grab my card and put in the information every time.
This app is stupid and doesnt work u aet up ur account and set up the finger print to log in ans everytime u use the fingerprint to log in it says error and makes u log in with username and password even if u have the remember me box selected.
Been using the app for a very long time. Haven't had any issues except for one and it's very persistent. Rocky mountain power. Why bother having the option to login to my account if you ask for the damn password each time. I keep getting the "please login to use biometrics" or something like that message every time. Please allow fingerprints without passwords please.
