I already leased a car through the app which went well. The problem is when I got a new phone and installed this app again, my credit score is suddenly not good enough to view any cars. Not only that, but they used to have a feature where you could choose to put no money down to see what you'd be paying monthly with tax and fees, but they took that option away.

I have been following them for the past two years and was really skeptical if the prices were real or would there be any upselling once we sign up. But, surprisingly the price I saw in the app is exactly what I ended up paying. No hassle, no negotiations. Absolute peace of mind and maximum savings both in terms of time and money. Hoping to have the experience even when returning the vehicle.

By far the best lease experience I've ever had. If you can find a deal that you like, definitely go for it. I ended up getting a car for way less than my broker and. No bait and switch by the dealer. They had the credit approval and the exact price that was advertised with all taxes and fees already included. I was very hesitant to use the app but I'm so happy I did.

Best car lease experience I've ever had! I used this app to lease both of my last 2 cars, very easy to search for the car you want, add any extra options, choose the payment structure that best suits you and they deliver the car right to your door. I was in contact with a few other leasing companies and the price I am paying was lower than all of them. I highly recommend leasing a car this way. Having wasted hours haggling at dealerships in the past this is amazing!

Great experience. Support staff amazingly responsive, app works really nice and was able to really get great deals. Everything took exactly 3 days, between downloading the app, starting to browse for the car I wanted, finding the best deal, submitting the documentation , and picking up the car. Pretty impressive turnaround time. Will def. use it again.

New app looks good and brings down payment adjuster back. Missing deals of the day though. More importantly, the pricing seems very high, whereas in the past the pricing was competitive. As someone who has been leasing since his first car, i dont see these prices as getting "your best deal" . Hopefully this changes as i am leasing a car soon.

I have just leased a car through Rodo - it was a great experience! They make the whole process very easy, transparent and quick - no hassle at all! The only slight inconvenience was that there was no ability to sort the cars by monthly payment, but other than that it's the best car leasing app I have ever used!

First time leasing a car through an app and let me tell you it was amazing!! Searching for a car is so easy, the filters and searches are fast and headache free. You see everything you'll be paying up front. NO HIDDEN FEES!! The price I saw in the app is the price i paid when the salesman had me sign all the forms. Love also seeing key features of different cars/trim packages. Mike S. From rodo is the one who helped along the process. He was great!

Not only is the app fixed...we ended getting 2 cars through honcker! We were skeptical at first but it was a surprisingly great first experience. The pricing parameters were accurate, the staff was responsive and courteous and we got 2 great deals. We have leased 5 cars so far and this this was the easiest buying experience by far. This app is awesome if you're looking to pick up a new lease or finance a new car. I had a great experience and found the perfect car! The only gripe I had was after I had placed my order I could no longer inspect the interior of the vehicle in the "My Order" screen. I had to cancel my order and reorder again just to make sure it was the right car for me. You'd think the interior of a vehicle would be an important thing to be able to see before finalizing an order. Other then that it was great!

I wanted to have a hassle free, no pressure experience so I tried this out. Unfortunately, I accidentally clicked order on a car I was looking at. You can't cancel an order in the app. Couldn't immediately call & an hour later I'd found that Rodo did a soft credit check without my permission and sent just a ton of notifications pressuring me to complete the process. Eventually fixed but it was harder than it should be b/c the live chat wasn't active and no 1 answers the phone immediately.

i was able to find a car and complete a lease, with a new car delivered in under 2 weeks. An effortless process from start to finish. I was really impressed with the service, particularly Honcker's competitive pricing. You would not find the same low prices on the same vehicles at a dealership. Avoid the bait and switch and all the other sales tactics by locking in your new car within the app.

Really wanted to love this app, however like they say, sometimes it's too good to be true. Applied for a car once through them, didn't get approved. Applied for a different car, got told I was fully approved, paid for my insurance plan, and was awaiting delivery only to receive an email that they decided no t to approve me. Really just a messed up system. This app is supposed to simplify leasing, however honestly it just made it a huge pain. Plus my credit went down for the amount of times they did a hard pull. NEVER AGAIN

My wife and I were skeptical at first. Tried it out and found a vehicle for a price we liked so we submitted a request for the vehicle. 3 days later, we had the car. This has 4 stars cause the initial description said that there would not be any hidden fees, the price you see is the price you pay but it increased by 20 bucks a month from what was actually. Still a great deal but they should stick to their word. Overall, the process was easy and I recommend it.

The Rodo app and service is unbelievable! Do not doubt them. I couldn't imagine leasing a car through an app but that is exactly what I did. Quick, easy, great customer service, and an amazing deal. It was literally the best car buying/leasing experience I've ever had!

After spending years working with dealerships, sitting around in waiting rooms and getting the run around, this app is a breath of fresh air. It was amazing to browse cars, get a price right away, and go through some light paperwork at my leasure and end up with the car and price I was quoted at the beginning. Look no further for a car lease app!

I started our shopping on the app and selected a car that suited our needs. I started the transaction through the app but then selected concierge service so I would be connected with a human being. Todd was very helpful from the beginning. He handled all negotiations with the dealer where the car was coming from. The app was easy to use to upload all documentation or I could just text it directly to him. The whole transaction took about 24 hours from the comfort of home. Highly recommend!

I leased a car through this app and it was a good, simple experience. Leasing a 2nd car was even better. I used the concierge service the 2nd time and it was right before everything closed down for covid-19. I needed a car and Mike at Rodo was amazing. He kept me in the loop (without being bothersome) because a lot of dealerships were not responding. He ended up finding me a better car than what I initially wanted. Amazing customer service and I got a great deal (better than dealership quotes)

Good app. Great selection of vehicles. The only part in the leasing process that was inconvenient is that my car could not be delivered to me although I live within 25 miles of the dealership. Also the app could be improved in certain areas for a better user experience.

Been leasing vehicles for a long time. Hands down the most positive least stressed experience ever. Great prices, vehicle delivery and pickup of return lease a definite plus. Update, leased a second vehicle with Rodo (formerly honcker). The company website was very easy to navigate. The staff are efficient, courteous and makes the process comfortable for the consumer.

This app is a waste of time I put in many orders and I provided everything they asked for ever single order got canceled they are not up to date with the inventory out there, the customer services is a joke very unprofessional sound like a mom with kids in the background. All in all don't get your hopes up. It's a complete failure.

Similar to other poor reviews I went through the process to buy, only to have their sales team at the last moment try to increase the cost by a staggering amount. They claim it is because of the "Soft credit check at the beginning only estimates the cars value, once a hard check is done it can affect the price" My wife and I feeling swindled put it to the test. My credit is in the Good Range and my wife is Excellent bordering perfect. Same "soft credit" and "hard credit" quotes.

Having purchased many cars in the past, the entire journey of going dealer to dealer to find a fair/great deal seemed daunting and I was dreading it since my current lease is up in a couple months. The fact that this app proclaimed it would show transparent real pricing for leases seemed unreal. After spending weeks checking the app for prices on the cars (oftentimes at 3 am) I finally took the plunge. They had a price history chart and when it magically dropped near the lowest mark for the car, I immediately ordered the car. OK here's a summarized version! After 4 days I had no reply from the dealer/honcker... I was told that the car I wanted much more $$$ than advertised due to technical issues. After speaking to the VP sales and ops, we were able to find the same car but with less options...at a price that was more than fair. I was disappointed that the price shown was not the real price (sometimes if its too good to be true, its not) but they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy by providing a very good deal regardless through a friendly dealership. They even uber'd me to the dealership.

I have been using the Rodo app for several months. It is a great tool for researching several different makes and models of vehicles that you are interested in leasing. It's also helpful to see the pricing data for each vehicle. Once it was time to start the lease process, starting the lease was easy. The App walks you through process with step-by-step directions. Even uploading needed documents was easy. Unfortunately, at this point I encountered my only negative issue. I was well on my way to leasing the vehicle of choice when I was notified that the dealership had elected not to accept the offer they had advertised and countered with a much higher price. I was a bit upset that they could do such a thing. After ranting at the Rodo Rep for a while, I went back to the Rodo app and finally found another vehicle that met my needs, although more expensive, and started the process over again. This time, all went well and within a few hours I was ready to close the deal. One of the perks that I was not expecting was that Rodo arranged for a Lyft vehicle to pick us up and drive us to the dealership---about a 50-mile trip. That was a nice surprise! I spent about 2 hours at the dealership finishing the paperwork and drove home. All and all a very good experience. I have no problem in recommending Rodo to anyone who is looking to lease a vehicle.

I leased my last car through Rodo (formerly honcker). I had been using it for months to get lease rates but when my lease was expiring, and after a string of bad car dealership experiences I gave it a shot. Process was simple. Support was very responsive. I could not find the trim with certain option package that I wanted and they helped me with the filter settings. I made the deal online which was simple. Picked up the car that evening at the dealership and was done in 30 minutes. Very smooth.

I dont usually write reviews, but I cant stop telling people about this app. We were looking to get into a new lease, and were shopping around for the best price. After we heard about this app from a friend we couldnt believe how easy and fast they made the whole process. They took care of everything from returning our old car and dropping off the new one with new plates. Not to mention i couldnt find a single company that could beat born even match their prices. Seriously you should try it!

I've never used Honcker before, using them was simple & easy and it was a most pleasant transaction with honesty and no games. Great customer service, the company was extremely helpful & professional, they went out of their way to assist me and they provided exactly what they said they would. If you are in the market for a new car I strongly recommend them, you'll get a great deal and have an easy and simple transaction.

Great for people willing to look for good deals but don't want to haggle with dealers. I was able to find decent price for the car that was about $1,100 out of pocket cheaper than what the brokers were advertising with broker fee. I had my doubts in the process but it was relatively relaxing process and I got the car last night. Granted I could have tried more to nickel and dime like I may have done in my past lease but I thought it was a fair price for me and experience was seamless.

I recently had a good experience with Honcker. The prices they offer are great, and much lower than most dealerships would offer you. It can prove to be a great negotiating tool, even if you are not looking to use their services. They do ask for your SSN while signing up, but only do a hard check when you apply for a lease. did have a hiccup when the honcker folks were coordinating the car delivery with the dealership, but the customer service is super helpful. took less than a week overall.

I first used the app back when it was Honker. Leasing a car through the app was a breeze! Less than 1k down, low monthly payments and not having to deal with car dealerships made this a win win situation. I had no problems, they were extremely helpful in delivering my car to me hours before an impending snow storm! I have one more year to go on my lease and you can bet that for my next purchase or lease I'll be checking with Rodo first.
