I have a few problems with this app: 1. Won't download to my Android phone m 2. While browsing within the app, it will abruptly close for no reason. It also closes abruptly after looking at further info about clothes and back out to continue scrolling through other product. All that said, which is the bad, the best thing about these clothes is they are true to size to perhaps a little large. The dresses, my main love, are beautiful and well made. There is a great selection for all tastes.

This app is a very good for shopping, the clothes advertised are good quality. However the app itself keeps cutting off, it doesn't work very well. Please can you update this app so it stops cutting out, when it cuts our it slowly slows down your search to browse on what this company has to offer. Please fix this issue it annoying!! Thanks

This app is HORRIBLE, it is IMPOSSIBLE to shop on it . It jumps off the app all the time, even if you are in the middle of trying to order. The 15% coupon can NOT be redeemed, it reads "can not be found". I would like to order from your company but I can't keep the app open long enough. IT NEEDS A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT IF YOU REALLY WANT THE BUSINESS. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I love shopping at Rotita on line! The clothes , accessories and the price is Great! And i'll continued to buy from then as long as they continue to make beautiful clothes that are affordable to myself and others who shop and buy online. So far i haven't encountered any problems. Thank you..

I just installed this app and I must say that the clothing looks good, but on your jewelry, especially the earrings, your descriptions needs to be more informative , like what KIND of METAL is it made from, is it hypo-allergenic, alot of people cannot just wear METAL earrings!! And for this reason I gave a 3 star...research your information on the jewelry, might even boost your sales better!!!

This is the worst online shopping app Ive ever used. I was told that they received my returned merchandise which was all damaged clothing. I pd S&H fees & Im out $300.00, but they never credited my account ! I was still told it was past 30 days!! Which meant since I hadnt contacted them AGAIN through a message stating Im aware they now have it only by replying to this mssg they sent me that I never saw! I kept waiting to see the credit on my bill. No # to call & they ignore all of my mssgs now.

At this point everything seems to be just find. I am to new at how to understand all questions and relocationing what I want otherwise it is a great place to shop. When I get my idems in on time and all is right and correct then it will be a 5 star. Thank you for a great shopping store online.

received first order early,size was just right (wife happy) Have made more orders very happy with the del times. But the app thends to cut out while placing orders took over an hour to get it done It will cut even when you are trying to write a review

The app isn't working. It keeps crashing. I have already deleted and re-downloaded the app and still not working.

Very bad company, they sell used with bad odor items, they and not faithful as they advertise they are, they wouldn't send any return label, neither refund your money, they quickly removed money from your account but it's hard for them to let you return the sticking items. This company is fooling people, they're the worst and bad company in the world. I received an email today stating I received items that I ordered. I did not receive any items today I am very disappointed that they made a big mistake sending me this email. I wish not to have any of the items at this time I want to cancel all items and I want to receive and refund. I cannot go through these mistakes like this. Very bad as the dress I ordered is not the same as the picture! The quality is very very bad, the prices are way too high for what you get and the fitting is very bad too. I'm very disappointed as I was expecting a great experience.

No where does this say it is coming from China, it has 1-3 days shipping , I ordered for a party in 7 days thinking I would get them! Not happening !Very nice stuff, yet to see quality also. Very disappointed...estimated delivery in 23 days 😕

RIPOFF SITE. SENDS items that are not the items in the picture then says they will only refund you 50%. Website doesn't generate return label so it's "your fault" if you dont return and are stuck with GARBAGE items.
