Was asked to rate app before any interaction 😠. Good thing I received my tickets in advance, because the app continued to send me to "no wifi connection". For hours. Then the beautiful people that honored us with those tickets. Had to confirm with us multiple times to confirm I received them. Even tho I already had them as soon as I re-made a password, found one of the confirmations in spam folder and blah blah blah... And the funny part is I go to the game tmr so this rating might go to $#!+.

When I try to access tickets, a box pops up saying my session has expired, and then gets stuck on a loop telling me expired. No option to sign back in, can't use the back arrow, I have to close the app just to get back in and then I get the same error. Even tried Uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Same issue. Complete garbage. Do better.

Havent had an issue with the Rogers App. I do find it faster and better.

Absolutely horrible experience trying to get my tickets to appear. Constantly says no connection. I do not pay $4000 per year for my seat, fir it to cause me anxiety before every goddamn game when it takes an hour to transfer my tickets. There was nothing wrong with paper.

The Rogers Place app is pretty hotdog-water because now you're forced to have your tickets on your app to get it to work. And guess what?! If your phone is in another language (ours was in Chinese), you can't connect/login to your Oilers or RP account! So if you're struggling with connecting, try switching back to English instead. Developers of the app - please fix this as this is the dumbest thing I've ever seen overlooked.

unistall and installing again. tried to use recently and it wouldn't connect to the server. Said I wasn't connected to the internet although I was able to access everything but my ticket. This is a great ad for Telus and Bell. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Would give a zero if I could. App won't let you sign in any account (ticket Master or oilers account manager) as it says you are always offline with no internet. I am an IT professional and I can certify my phone is indeed connected to the internet. This app is useless and as such I have tickets I now cannot use because some tool decided to remove the ability to print tickets to hard copy for issues that arise such as this. ALWAYS GIVE A PRINT OPTION!!!! Paper never stops working.. .

garbage app it only works half the time. When it does work it's super slow, so slow that the interactive events pass by as you are still loading. I've been to 2 to 3 games where it doesnt reset and has loaded the previous games events

The app is terrible. The interface is confusing. For a place trying to get rid of paper tickets, make your app accessible with your events on the first page. When on Oilers account, it times me out before I can do anything.

This app must be uninstalled and re-installed just to run properly everytime. It won't refresh, it won't populate any info after closing it after the first use... It's literally the worst app on my phone and easily the worst app I've ever used and have to use to access my tickets. Rating of 0 if I could.

Every time I try to scroll through the event schedule, the app crashes. it just stops working, and closes. used to work great. needs fixing. very frustrating.

Terrible. This was my first time at the arena. App crashed 8 times before I could open my ticket barcode. The scanning perso at the arena tried 10 times before she could scan it. Wow I would expect it to be easy.

App is so buggy, it crashes 90% of the time. Provide an update please. Fix it

This App should get a suspension, what a joke! I am definitely connected to the internet, despite what this app keeps telling me. Trying to re-sell a few tickets for the World Junior Championships, the games will be over before I get this app to even recognize that I have tickets. Help!

I would give this app 0 stars if I could. It is completely non-functional. It doesn't allow sign in, you can't access tickets, and it crashes repeatedly.

Ap doesn't give a reception box to receive my tickets. Have to reset password everytime very fustrating

Cannot get this app to recognize my internet connection, while every other app on my phone is fine. I have granted all permissions necessary and still nothing. Seems like it should be better if they recommend it so strongly..

I can't access my tickets as it won't let me login to my account. It keeps prompting me to login, but there won't allow me to do so. Not happy with this.

Has crashed numerous times while trying to accept tickets, uninstall and reinstall on a continuous basis. Very poor app for Android or for me.

I much prefer a actual ticket stub to keep and collect. This app made my first ticket scan of any type a easy transition.

This app forces password resets on a schedule, but that password-reset process uses a widget that is buggy as hell. So every few months I waste an hour "helpfully updating my password". Ridiculous.

Very rarely works, constant bugs and staff have no clue how to help when you cant get into a game you paid for.

It was amazing when this fancy new app and system was screwed up all pre season and we missed half of the 1st period for 2 games!!! Garbage!!!

Would rate zero.... Unless you are Roger's customer, could not get it to work. Connected but no service, could not participate in live at all and barely loaded any of the menus.

This app freezes and will not open...frustrating ,we try our Rogers account, try create account, but will not accept any passwords, even the suggested password was not accepted :(

Unable to download my Oilers tickets to the app as it kept sending me to wiki when I clicked on accept tickets. Called your staff and they had no clue.

Oilers account works but nothing else. Tried reinstalling multiple times, doesn't allow me to access Roger's Place tickets

Hardly ever works. It's a glitch-fest. unresponsive at the best of times.
