Considering switching banks due to the constant failures. This app constantly fails to let you log in to see your avalible balance and it is always at the worst time for it to happen as well. Unless you wanna spend at least one day a month on the phone trying to get your account to unlock dont bither download.

so everything worked great untill 12/17/2018. Now i cant even get the app to load more then a few seconds untill it automatically shuts down and gives me the option to close the app or send feedback, and i cant even send feedback it wont let me. So im stuck with closing the app.

Just got the one plus 6t running Android pie and the app won't even open, just constantly crashing. It works on my iPhone and other Android devices. Please resolve this issue.

Everytime I close the app, it logs me out, which is fine because I set up fingerprint scan, but then it tells me I have to log back in to set up the fingerprint scan... very annoying!

I can't even log in to my account and I even tried makeing a new one with a separate banking account and it keeps telling me there was an error. No wonder this app doesn't get good reputation cuz it doesn't work. Fix this.

The app always has something wrong with it. If you get a new phone you get to start all over. This is fine due to security concerns. When you tell it to remember the new phone e it doesn't.

2-10-19 update completely disabled app. Not even available to update in Playstore, and cannot use app without it. Please resolve immediately.

The app is a great tool for managing money, but either I'm blind, or it's lacking a mobile check deposit feature.

works well untill you need to update it. then u cant get into it to check your account information.

I like the option of plfingerprint sign in but when I set it up the app force closes. please fix thanx

I want to like this app, but everytime there is an update, I have to call on a business day to be able to check my account.

Installed twice. Both times crashes at terms and conditions. Uninstalled.

This app is expiring February 10th period I just found out on the 5th period and I cannot find the new app to load.

when you rekease ab update tell us. dont make us call in to find out.

Have to reset my password once a month, can't deposit a check. I moved out of state so now I can't cash checks at all. It force closes a lot. When my loans paid off I'll be getting another bank.

Ok I just downloaded the app and I'm trying to figure it out, so let's just say I have a lot of checks to deposit can I take a picture of all of them or do I have to make a lot of deposits one check at the time ?

Works great, very simple and secure. Ive used it everyday for years without a hastle. Since this last update it wont let me login without entering a phone number. When i do it takes me back to login.

Changing my rating from 5 stars to 4 only because I can't use the instant balance feature anymore and that was a great feature, hopefully it gets fixed and I'm back to 5 stars!
