I don't like the way the payment option is. Having to transfer to savings and wait for it to go through and then transferring from savings to make actual payment. This is to long of a process and can only be done from web browser. Can't so from app..
Bring back the option to sign in with a fingerprint. The swiping to get quick access to balances doesn't work most of the time. None of the recent "improvements" are that.
Often I have to retake pictures and verify info when, to my eye, everything looks great. This is frustrating and time consuming.
I appreciate "bill paying", transferring funds to other accounts. The app is missing some handy applications, though. I have been using app for many months; it makes my banking tasks much easier.
It is really really convenient to be able to transfer money from my accounts wherever I am at. I would recommend allowing for pin to get into the app because having to put in a password that long is a little unwieldy and the fingerprint doesn't always work.
Ever since the app went down about six months ago and no one could deposit checks in person, the app has logged me out constantly, biometrics won't work, device won't recognize. I only have good luck on the desktop website which is not how I bank. No idea what happened but the app used to be awesome.
Decent app, has mostly helpful accessibility options although there are a few features that I'd appreciate access to. These include but aren't limited to receiving payments from other accounts or interacting with personal accounts in more detail.
I can move money to my kids no matter how far away they are in an instant. Easy to use and I can see everything in one place once linked up: credit cards, loans, car payments, and mortgage payment. My goal is to be debt free and the manage money section is helping me knock off the debts one at a time. When I finish an account I can close it and still see how many I have gotten paid off. Great app!
Update: even after the upgrade, this hasn't been resolved. The widget is pointless if it freezes half the time and you're forced to restart your phone in hopes of fixing it. The widget freezes at least 50% of the time that I am using and attempting to refresh it. Then, it isn't able to be fixed unless I completely remove and readd it, or restart my phone. Please fix this!
It's an ok app. The automatic and manual capture modes don't always work well for making mobile deposits. Sometimes it can take several tries. Then, very often it will ask you to confirm that you can read certain things on the check after it has already asked if you want to keep the picture. It's redundant. But, it gets the job done overall. It's just clunky.
Horribly problematic trying to log in (and yes, I DID follow the details!). First off, it required a code for identity, but would never send the code. It took 6 tries over two days to finalky receive a code so I could continue! Then it further required more identity by phone. It took 2x to get that done. When I finally got logged on I was disappointed in the new "upgrade". It is definitely a downgrade and is a whole lot slower! Feedback seems like most of us would like "old" version!!!
I've had consistent good experience with this app, it functions well and clear enough for most if my banking needs, mostly simple deposits and withdrawls and transfers between Checking, Savings and Ownership accounts. It can be slightly confusing to parse out the "account history" segment that lays out all the money going in and out of the account in that it can be difficult to cleanly comprehend. Also, transferring money to someone else is something I haven't figured out yet in-app.
I love my bank and I love their app. They make banking on the fly extremely easy and any issue is quickly sorted out with their fantastic customer service. Only issues I have are when I don't have a network connection, haha! Admittedly I only use it for paying bills and managing accounts. I haven't used the extra features.
Very useful app. I can manage most of my account within this app. What I would like to see is full access like the website offers but for everday things the app is perfect for. Also being able to print statements in the app would be a nice addition but still relatively minor improvements are all that I can think to add. That being said, it almost never fails to load and show my balances and it locks with fingerprints which is convenient. Very reliable app
I was able to download the new app on my Android phone but am unable to get it working on my Samsung Chromebook. The app downloads just fine but when I open it, it immediately closes. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing but it still will not work. I need this app to work on my computer and it will not. The phone app has improvements which were better than the original app and I like the layout and ease of use. Now if only I can get it to work on my Chromebook.
I have never been able to balance anything, but with this app it is a breeze. Everything is at my fingertips. Will never bank anywhere else!!! Thank You
App closes when I try to access my statements. Now it's notifying me of a message but closes when I try to open messages, stating I've timed out even though I just logged in to look at the message. There's also no way to access checks from the statements. They don't show up on the actual statement other than the check info at the bottom of the statements. Also, there's no way to access a specific date range to search for account information.
Would recommend, it's so easy to make payments and transfers from here and to log on and pay loans and other stuff the only downfall I wish you could check your account number and routing from it as well
It used to be a 5, but this current update has definitely knocked it down. It takes almost a week for any transactions to show as even pending where it was almost instant before and items stay pending for upwards of a week after that, its consistently glitchy, removes the ability to use biometrics at a whim... by far the worst version of the app since it was originally launched.
Update 5/6. The most recent version is irritating. Everything is lumped together and its just not a attractive visually. I liked the last version better. I love that it now shows you a running balance for each transaction. overall i think the app is a great improvement.
Outdated graphics, not the smoothest switch from page to page. Gets the job done though
I like the app because it allows me to deposit checks without making a trip to a branch which is many miles from where I live and I have no vehicle to use.
They recently removed the ability to use your biometric at the login, This deincentivize people to use complex passwords. I can't use a complicated password if I can't remember the it and short passwords are unsafe. They need to bring back biometric integration or have a "remember me" button. I've already password protected my phone I don't need a separate one for my banking app And locking me out for a day because of one failed attempt is absurd. People make mistakes all the time.
I like all the options this app provides such as bill pay and account transfers. The only issue I have is I can not pay a complete amount owed on my personal line of credit account. I owed .53 and I could not pay it, I tried several times, and o was charged a $25 finance charge. I have since had a balance of .27 and could not pay it using transfer of funds.
