Why did you have to redesign it!? The app was fine. This new design is not even user friendly. Not good looking at all. Buggy as hell. My favourite app which was perfect has now become ugly as hell. Earlier when I felt down I used scroll through Rokomari app and find new books to add to my wishlist. Nowadays this ugly app has become unbearable to me, let alone be scroll worthy. Shame Rokomari people. Don't fix it if it ain't broke.
New update is not bad. Can the icons be a little bit smaller than now? Everything looks bigger. And rating quantity in each star is not showing. After solving this I'll rate Rokomari 5 star. Cause It's service is top class.
The latest version is not good use. The icons are big.Very uncomfortable to use. The previous version was great
Probably best platform for buying books in BD. I love it. But, the app UI must be improved. Make the App more easy to use. Add total page number.
There is no way to filter books that are in stock. When sort, the filter is gone. Needs improvement.
This is one of the best apps for online books in Bangladesh. Many books can be easily purchased at home for the app, which saves time. So this is a good app for students
The app is very laggy and unoptimized. I don’t know whatever it is doing that makes it so stuttery but it's nt good and the developers should fix it ASAP. Otherwise all good 👍.
UI isn't user friendly. Sometimes, app becomes super laggy and crashes badly. Doesn't sync well with the server. Even the dark mode doesn't work well ! On the other hand, the web UI is good enough and responses fast.
The app is absolutely great, not for buying books but for knowing about many different kinds of books. I found many reference books from here and still now I get.

User experience is not so good at all. There are serious bus in cart options, sometimes doesn't calculate properly, doesn't show added product, doesn't sync items added from web.
Rokomari deservs more star in the previous version.But the updated version of the app is not user friendly at all.
A nice user friendly app. I have found a problem with the search option. Whenever I search something for example HUMAYUN AHMED, it shows all the related books, now if i touch a book to open the details and then try to go back to the search results, this app take me to homepage. Then I need to search again for the previous result. I would like this problem solved in the next update.
Thanks! But I want tell you something about this app that when I open any book then back it takes me to the up of the homepage.. again it happens when I remove any book from my wishlist then it doesn't take me where I was, it takes to the up then I've to scroll again. sometimes it annoys a lot.. hope you'll keep it in mind and improve the experience.. otherwise it's a good app to find desired books at affordable prices.

It was a very bad experience with Rokomari. I've ordered a book and I found a problem with the book so I want to return the book so I reached them through all way WhatsApp, Messenger, Website live chat still no response to return the book but they took 7 days still not responding to me.
it shows us a lot offers. although its a good app for the book buyer. Because of they can read some pages of the book which was choosen by them. I love this app. And also recommanded for you
App user experience is very bad. Sometimes it can't do the calculations properly in the cart option.There are many more bugs in the app.

1. After I search for something and tap any item from the search results, the back button in that item's page leads me directly to the homepage. Instead, it probably should take me back to the search results again. Please enable this feature. 2. There should be 'Search history' and 'Suggestions from my previous search' included. 3. Tabs or compare book feature should be introduced so that books from different publications can be compared. Otherwise it's great, smooth.
the older version was good... New version very slow.not working
The artificial intelligence should also learn when to stop sending the same notification over and over and over again. Anyway I was lucky I installed it lately. It's my second day of using the app and it has turned me to rate 1 ⭐️. Anyway the screen loading takes more time than usual. I think that maybe a problem of my phone or some network. Overall, the app is somehow okay. Keep up the good work.
Disgusting. Automatically refreshing to home page
Everything is fine But i think developers should allow us to see how many pages does a book have. Please add this feature.
Very poorly designed app. It's almost as if they don't want you to make an order. Especially for English books. You can search for English books and it only shows you the translated versions unlike the Web version. And their customer service is worst in class of anything I have experienced.
Rokomari is providing tremendoous service all over Bangladesh without a doubt. But the 2 star is due to the UI and user experience of the App. First of all, it is not very responsive. The app keeps lagging even when connected to high speed internet. The app takes some time to load and each time I go to the account tab, the informations loads again and again. Well, caching would be a good option here I guess and improving the responsiveness of the app will improve the whole experience I guess.
