It was duplicating all tasks created by every user and putting them in my name. Talk about a nightmare. Also, their support never responded to an inquiry (24 hours as of now). That was for a different thing, but still poor support. Uninstalling. Maybe it works fine if you only have a single user. EDIT: No I was never reached regarding the ticket I submitted. But I was quickly notified here that you responded to my review. (And I checked my spam for it) Perhaps that's better than using your support system on your website? :(
Had this app awhile back and it was great. Tried installing again, paid, and can no longer connect to Zoho CRM. The extension has been removed from zoho marketplace. Not sure what happened... I don't actually see a way to connect to any listed integrations.
Rolo is the most simple and easy-to-learn app for both small and medium businesses. I have all the big shot CRMs as they are very complicated. I have been using it since more than a year. Keep up the great work and keep adding more useful features.
Perfect for me. Easy to use app. No need to train anyone. I like the scheduled SMS feature and visiting card scanner that helps me move information directly into Zoho. Lacks whatsapp facility.
Pretty slick UI making information management super easy while the backend stays with the robust zoho. highly recommended if you want your sales team to actually use a crm instead of hating it.
what i want quiet often is, I need to get some crm data for customer when i am on the call. this was not possible before. i just installed this app and this is the best feature. best app if gets whatsapp also

A great app backed by a wonderful team When we started using RoloCRM we needed a few minor customizations. The team at RoloCRM took care of it and got us off the ground quickly. The app is well thought out and designed. Our entire team loves it because it helps them get through their daily calls faster. The reports give us a clear picture of how we are doing and what we can do to enhance our productivity.
Wanted to buy this app but not possible, it since getting error that service not working
This app takes access of your CRM and imports all data to their server without informing anywhere during the entire process that it is a paid app with 7 day trial. In my case it was hubspot CRM. This is how frauds behave. Uninstalled immediately.

Really its super easy, very robust solution for lead management through mobile app. Admin panel is also super friendly solutions. Happy to use . People who generates leads , for them it's really good application.
