Room heat

Utter rubbish. This version is a forced update by stopping the timer working on the old app. But it doesn't work. I've installed and it can't find my thermostat. I've uninstalled the older version, still doesn't work. Just a blank screen. Why not let users decide if the want an update and leave the old one working. Now I don't have heating. Nothing works! I'll thought out and poor customer relationship. Stay away from this company.

No experience, the app just will not connect to the thermostat, I've followed the steps in the instructions and in the video, re-installed the app multiple times re-booted the thermostat multiple times but just get the message to say that it failed to install. Absolute rubbish

Latest update crashed continuously , cannot access any thermostat this was on an android phone running 8.1. I also have a phone running Android 10 and the app was working on this phone. However as of 3/11 the app now fails to load on Android 10, strangely the Room Heat(EU) app works and now the original Room Heat app is working on my 8.1 phone - frustrating but at least I am able to control my heating. I have 4 stats. I have revised my rating as the developer appears to respond to problems.

Had the app installed for a few years, suddenly stopped working this month. Uninstall and reinstalled it - just keeps crashing when opened. Not happy! Update: after advice from the developer I have installed the EU version and it seems to work again - didn't realise there are now 2 versions and for the last few years I have been using the other version.

Definitely a problem with this app at present. Loads but there there is no icon to accept the terms, so you cannot proceed to use it. Has been removed and loaded several times. Hope this can be addressed as it looks like a useful app for my thermostat.

Was working until latest version supporting Android 10 installed. No longer working on my Tablet, will not open. Needs fixed to work on lower level phones and tablets. Updated to latest version as suggested by developer. It now works but showing air conditioning symbol instead of flame, so raised from 1 to 3 star. Changed my phone, now operating Android 11. Working but still showing a/c symbol.

I have 5 thermostats on two sites and they've work perfectly for well over a year. However the latest update won't even start on Android, so have gone back to RoomHeat(EU) which is Ok. Could be 5 stars but now it's 1. How could this failing version (20.1026) have ever been released? Another shoddy Chinese export.

Can't see why all the poor reviews. Works great, we've got three of these thermostats and use this app to control them when we're home or away. Works fine with Google home - setup using companion voice app.

**Updated** As per developer feedback this app has had the unstable elements removed and now works. Additionally, the usage of more critical phone elements looks has also been removed. App appears to now be functioning much better and privacy also seems to have been improved. Much better, and rated accordingly

Can't connect to my wifi at all. Wifi flashing, opening app putting network name and pass and getting errors. Why app it self didn't find any radiator with wifi thermostat? Why put manually network name? App should let to choose thermostat and wifi. It's like old school ;( useless

Good app, added 19 thermostats. However wish to could build groups/views or copy paste schedules between thermostats, add/remove periods in schedules. Additionally there is no any kind of protection or sharing in the app. Please consider this feedback and keep up good work :) Additionally the 0:00 hour is making schedule stuck, 23:59 and 1am works fine

Crashes after update. No response from the developer. Makes my thermostats useless ... And right now the winter is starting. Really bad!

Great app and support. The company recognised a problem with the recent update and fixed it, thanks. The Wi-Fi thermostats are good value for money and work well with this app. I will buy more of these.

Was ok.. now will not connect.. reset router password.. now just will not connect any more.. no Idea what the company have this less than use full app.. get the connection issues sorted.. lots of people having the same issue

Thermostat works but wifi control with this app doesn't. It is useless. First day it did but couldn't get it to work again.

Have working on iPhone with user name and password, this app dose not do user name or password and can't get it working, same developer as the iPhone app. Can't understand why can't make the Android version same user name and password, always seems to be problem with this app, anyone recommend a app that works???

When I downloaded the new version it has a pop up come up that says I can't continue until I have accepted it but I can't scroll it up to approve So that's all it does now Had to go back to the old app

App crashed after yesterday's update. Installed the eu version which is working for now. Cheap app for a cheap thermostat.

the app works, but i find it complex and lack of integration with anything means next time i will get a different system

Works for me, I can now control heating in my den without leaving the house (or from anywhere else!) Don't see why there are negative reviews.

Need serious help . The thermostats won't connect to the Wi-Fi or the app now .

Edit31oct Working well now Previously had the room heat EU version. Suggest when configged Switch off wait then on again for the proper display

App no longer working since update..how can you release update without testing first? You need to check your code as decompiling the apk looks like a 10 year old did your coding!
