Room Temperature

One huge problem non of these apps will ever work correctly . The phones temperature is what this app displays. It's 77 % f out and the phone shows 92 % from use of the phone it self . No way even in direct sun is it 92 right now .

I checked the tempature accuracy against a handful of thermometers and it's been correct all but a few times &it was only a 1°difference which well could of been the other device, only reason I'm not giving it a 5 is it doesn't give the outside temperature, but the apps I've tried that do are usually the least accurate, so maybe it's better to just toggle to your own weather station anyway, this is by the way an indoor temp app not a weather station app so 4.5 is my total grade, thanks

It works, downloaded ones that don't. Like the options for the temp scales and not many ads.

Update introduces new, helpful info--thank you! Step-by-step getting started instructions still needed. History screen: What do the two figures 8 to 10F degrees apart mean? (Neither is close to local outdoor temp.) What does R mean? Weather screen: Any U.S. cities included? When I enter ny, n y, or nyc, the app is unresponsive. Home screen: Where is file saved? Absolutely great. I would have rated it 5 stars if it were not for the annoying long list of potential problems, how to calibrate, etc. that displays on the screen. You cannot see the room temp, and this list has no CLOSE (X) button in the upper right corner. I have to click GO BACK (<--) on my Android cell to see the room temp. (A real pain!) Otherwise, a really good app!

very accurate even though I just downloaded it and it can tell if your device is getting a little bit warmer than it is supposed to be

Sitting 3 ft in front of a wood burning stove gives a temperature of 21 Celsius. Back of the house with no heating and freezing cold gives 27 Celsius. Says it all really.

It worked pretty well until I had a system update and then the weather report was stuck on 4 days ago. I don't blame the app, my phone has been quirky ever since that update. The calibration the app uses to differentiate between ambient room temp vs phone temp isn't perfect but it's only off by a degree or so when the phone is being heavily used. If you check the temp after the phone has been idle for a while, 20 minutes or so, it's perfectly accurate.

Why is it always saying that the temperature is lower than the one shown?! Also, I don't get why is it related with the user type. The thing is simple. Can you or can you not show the real room temperature without always asking to change the user? On another note, the design is a bit confusing. For the "share" option, there is an icon. Having "share" there, right next to "Weather" is confusing.

So far it works rather well except for all the adds that pop up , I can live with that if you have an app that works well, which it does good job😁

Some times not very accurate. Takes more time to change previous temperature to the current one.

Nice and easy to use. Very fast also. Helps a lot as I travel.

1/ Get the English in this app straight. It contains too many grammatical errors. 2/ 3°C is a big difference, and getting room temperature from phone's is not as simple as subtracting a few degrees from the latter. 3/ The source of data used in this app should be made public. 4/ That slow fading effect irritates me; your background pictures also have low resolutions. That is to say, graphic designs need to be improved.

This app takes phone temperature if unable to use external device for better accuracy. Phone temperature can vary based on phone, apps in background, case used, charging or not, even the parts used inside your phone can play a part whether your phone drops in temperature or rises depending on if it can cool it down fast enough. So many factors exist and it doesnt help that when clicking to change from Farenheit to Celsius seems to reset the gauge till next update back to defaults.

Not realistically accurate for my usage. I switch on the app to obtain a temperature reading; the temp is illogically high or low. Differentiation is about 10F degrees. I must reset the app to get a decent reading. Suggest a better sensor to obtain closer to true temperatures. I realize this app is not precise but an improvement in accuracy is warranted here. thx.

I place my phone inside the fridge. but the temperature doesn't go down from 35°C. false app. maybe its just basing on the weathers temp.

When will these app creators learn that allowing ads to autoplay at 200 decibels any time we freaking even think about opening their app always leads to an immediate uninstall for a lot of people? I wouldn't know how this app actually works because every time I touched it, it blared out some annoying ad and I had to quickly shut it down. From the 8 minutes it wasn't doing that in the 12 hours I had it installed, it looked like it was about 10 degrees off.

From all room temperature meters this is best of a bunch for my needs. Deviation is between +3 - -3. But you have option to manually calibrate it. Only flaw - translation into Estonian is awful. And you cannot change it into English (for example Apps name in Estonian is "Tuba Temperatuur" - must be "Toatemperatuur") for that and because app is not very precise I rated it 4 stars.

Been very handy. I used an electronic temperature gauge all around me. It was pretty amazing it was right between the few fluctuations. Not sure how it does it. But seems very accurate.

Lol. Yes. Let's chain load ads to heat up device. About as useless as a temperature sensor can be
