The narrator, Georgina, invites you to focus on your breathing for 15 minutes during this segment. She also suggests use the method anytime during day for stress relief and anxiety. She has a method of focusing on the natural inbreath and outbreath that is very easy, beneficial, and practical. I also enjoyed the cadence of her voice. This is a great app and have not had any problem with it. Excellent.
Wow!!! Amazing meditation guided by a woman with a velvety soft voice. When my mind wandered, I was guided back to the present with reminders to breath. In the end I feel asleep (that is a first for me as my mind chatter is often too busy for me to get so relaxed) and I awoke a few minutes later feeling rejuvinated. Excellent meditation app.
I use this app to help me sleep. I have bad insomnia, usually lay in bed 2-3 hours with the lights off, no stimulation,etc. I'm unable to take sleep aides so I use this app & it works like a dream. I've used this app for a few months now & still haven't made it to the end.
Like the app but it plays on a loop all night. Would be great if you could fix that. Also, would be nice if I could adjust the amount of time I would like to meditate. Only option that pops up is 15:10. I can't change the time.
This is my favorite of the many meditation apps I tried . Pluses: it's downloaded to phone - no internet connection needed; no monthly fees; calm, almost hypnotizing voice; 15 minute length is just right for me. Minuses: none.
I did this at school and it calmed me down. I explains how to breathe and calm down after a long day. It also helped me focus. The instructor was awesome my body felt so much better. My body felt so much better it was awesome my whole body is the best. You should try this it is sweet and it is so much fun
This app is for someone like myself, who is at the beginning of laying the basic groundwork of learning how to meditate -- I recommend this app. I think if you're like me and feel overstimulated, this really helps to reboot & refocus your brain.
I have a mental illness so sleep is very hard for me. But I set the time and I'm sleeping longer
But it's not much use after you listened to it a few times. I switched to Paced breathing after using this a few times
This at first seemed just what I wanted, but it does not stop when finished, it just starts playing from the beginning again which destroys the whole session leaving me annoyed. It needs to stop to silence at the end
Very calming voice without an accent. The 15 minute session automatically loops. A timer or loop counter would be nice.
I wondered whether 15 minutes might be too long for a first step but this was a gentle and easy to follow guide. I'll continue to use it.
This app is one of the few I can follow without my mind wandering. I use the breathing techniques anytime I need to relax.

With soothing music in the background, she helps you focus on your breathing inhale and exhale. She helped me understand how to breathe well and stay focused; When I did this, a was meditating in seconds. Very well explained. Thank you for such a nice app with no ads-very kind of you.
1st time I've used this. Loved it. Had a nice pace and a soothing voice. Was able to meditate for the 1st time, having found it difficult previously. Great for beginners like me 😆
Absolutely love this app. It's the best I've found so far with a beautiful soothing voice and lovely music in the background.
Love the guidance but it plays on a loop all night if I use it for a sleeping aid. Would be great if this could be fixed or just a settings option.
I used this for the first time after a very difficult visit to my parents. One session (in the airport no less!) & I was able to calm down and focus. This app is amazing!

I truly enjoyed this app. Now that I'm ready for longer breathing meditations, I wish the timer could be adjusted.

I have always been skeptical of meditation, let alone meditation apps. After a very emotionally challenging period in my life I was prepared to try anything, and that's when I came across this app. I didn't think much of it on first listening but I persevered, and it worked. I now fall asleep to it on cue, it's wonderful. Relaxing and soothing. I keep recommending it to friends, much to their amazement :) so to whomever is responsible for writing and designing it, a big thank you.
