Good luck.. I downloaded the app in desperation to find a roommate to move in & and renew lease at my apartment complex. I paid the $30 for one month, could use it for all of half of that or less, then was locked out for good out of nowhere. App said it "was unable to get an access token" from me and all I see now is a blank page. Customer support chat only, and if you get out of that function without an access token, none of your correspondence saves. Now I have only one lead

Don't even use this app. You get notifications that you have messages but you can't read them unless you pay. Then you realize the messages were just a bunch of intro posts that were automatically sent out. The app is useless as a roommate finding tool because you can't even see the map. Don't even try here

!!DONT USE THIS APP!! It is so broken. I only used it for 3 days, but it auto charges $10 every 7 days. The interface is very broken. My profile, listings, messages, nothing will load at all and doesn't give an error code explanation. Customer service is hard to get to and they don't charge through Google Play Store so you can't cancel that way as their "FAQ" says to. This app is littered with bots and false listings of people with 15+ properties across multiple states looking for roomies.

Everything was easy to fill out, pay about property, ad payed successfully, all of a sudden a saw a flood of messages, was like, ok!! Clicked to READ a message..... Pay to get access.... I'm good. I wish they would've asked for my money upfront before I uploaded all this information!

Basically a scam. Every useful aspect of the app besides setting up an account is behind a paywall. Entices you with "message notifications" from other users, just to then ask you to pay a minimum of $9 to read the messages--I didn't pay to see whether the messages appeared legit or not, because I realized I'd probably have just as much luck, if not better, renting through free sites like Facebook marketplace or Craigslist. Don't waste your time or money.

Have problems accessing the app- it tells me my number is blocked. I've reached out for assistance multiple times, and 2 days later I get a reply that is no help at all. Frustrating, because it has good listings!

Good experience. It's definitely a great safe option to make connections with people to be roommates with in your area. You have options to purchase weekly or monthly service for low fee. 👍

Trash app. They will keep deducting random money if you buy a subscription even one time. The app can't load search history, can't cancel the subscription. Can't access to the msgs. It's forever on wait and waste. The customer service is not helpful either. Repeatedly answering the saying thing rather helping the customer.

1. PAYWALL PAYWALL PAYWALL. literally to do almost everything and anything is a charge. You need to buy a verification and background check, pay to see your messages, pay to place ads etc. 2. Settings. Sure you can choose where youd like to go and set a price range but it wont minimize it in the actual search. Set mine for 850 max and allows cats i was still getting 1500+ and no animal recommendations, so you're endlessly scrolling through things that you're not interested in.

Glitchy app. Constant error messages. I paid $14.99 to have my ID verified, but could never successfully upload, always receiving error messages. Reached out to support for this issue, but it was not resolved, nor did they issue a refund. I paid $9.99 to have messaging for a week. I then became unable to log into the app at all, receiving error messages every time I opened the app. Just checked my bank and I've been charged $9.99 again for a new week. Reaching out to support now. So glitchy.

Ive never had a harder time; trying to figure out an app. You need to create a listing everytime you sign in; impossible to tell who is looking to rent, or is renting; Charges you to look at any messages, than impossible to unsubscribe, and if you even sign in again.. it starts charging you again, even if you didnt ask for another active subscription..You have to be Super Careful on who you consider on here..No wonder there is a housing shortage.

Do not install this. Worked fine up until I paid for a one week subscription so I could message people. I've since been permanently locked out, and I'm not entirely sure if my subscription is still going to charge me every week. I can't seem to find a way to cancel it due to not being able to use the app.

Search feature is totally broken. I typed in a MN zip code and got results for places in NJ. Had to pay $15 for an ID verification - the widget kept warping my ID scans to the point of illegibility and then crashing the app. Still haven't gotten my ID verified. I was only directed to this app from an ad on Craigslist by a person who barely spoke English and didn't seem to understand what I was struggling with. Pretty much useless.

I paid for the id check. Then to find out people advertise without it. Wasted $14. I thought this was a legitimate site. It is not. They advertise with no local phone numbers. When someone does contact. Their main objective is to get you to invest in the app for full details. I spent another $60 for that. To find no details. Then the person stops talking to you. The app also no longer allows me in. 70 DOLLARS WASTED!

This apps is a scam. UK to verify your ID which you are unable to do then you're locked out of your account. When you call customer service they tell you to upload your documents then you're unable to because it keeps crashing. They refuse to return your money. Total scam do not use this app!

App glitched out in me. It says it xant "access my user token". I was getting no push notifications about messages from potential subletters And apparently some can't even see my listing photos? I uninstalled and reinstalled but still no dice. Which is awful because this service costs to use

It worked ok for a bit. There aren't many people on it for my area. Then it started giving me error messages. It would send me notifications that I had a new message or that a new room was posted but when I go to the app it says "u able to get user info" but logs me in and shows my profile with no issues, and the other error message is "unable to load conversations" so now I can't see any messages from the people who have sent them. I tried closing and opening the app again, and reinstalling.

So far is seems like it might be really helpful! Lots of messages and listings, time will tell and paying for actual access will be the only way to tell for sure though.

After I paid for the subscription I was only able to use the app for a few days before it wouldn't let me log in, I thought it would get fixed with the updates but it's still unusable for me and I have already spent close to 40 dollars for the app

I installed and opted in for identity confirmation and now I can't even get the app to open and it glitches really bad preventing me from being able to use the App I wrote support and nothing. Response and it has been days. I keep getting alerts that I'm being messaged by potential room mates and I can't even respond nor explain to them what's going on.

Paid for subscription only for the app to lock me out and not load any messages until the subscription was over. Now I can't see any messages or reply until I pay more money. Reached out for help was told to try it again. Still did not work. Would not recommend.

Scam. Once I entered my ad it was impossible to get back to it. Impossible to edit, impossible to delete. When someone messages you you need to pay to see it. Lol. Joke of an app.

Awful! This app is awkward and glitchy and they won't help you at all even on their website without an account, but my account and inability to log back in is the problem ! It accused me of being a burner account and deleted my whole account and now I can never make a new one! Just when I'm in need of a roommate! It's a joke.
