Previously this was by far my favorite file browser. However, when I tried using it today, I was getting a twenty second modal ad every other time I changed folder, which also interrupted my ability to do things like move files between folders. At this point, the "free" version of the app is really just a trial to see if you like the UI. Expect to pay if you want usable software.
Used to be good. But the ads have gotten so intrusive that it's impossible to use. These are FULL VIDEO ADS AFTER ALMOST EVERY ACTION. Cut? Ad. Switch folder? Ad. Paste? Oh yeah, that's a long ad. Seems that buying pro version doesn't fix that, if you want ads gone, it looks like you must PAY FOR A SUBSCRIPTION TO REMOVE ADS. Developers should be paid for their work. But this went too far and I don't trust paying will prevent worse in the future. Sad it must go, but I just don't trust it.
Its actually a great app. Only one so far with per folder specific viewing options but too many annoyi g bugs. 1. selecting a file to open often goes directly to whatsap share unless using open with option. 2. most of the time, app opens showing no folders at all. So you have to force close and reopen app to see folders 3. Files often fail to open in external apps and You have to come back and select again for file to open in externals apps. 4. While copying files, progress bar is always inaccurate and usually shows no progress even when copying is going on.
I have pay subscription to remove ads. But the ads still comes out? Is this a scam? Rate 1 star for sure... :( UPDATE: After clear cache, uninstall and reinstall the apps. Now I can navigate the apps without seeing any ads. Thus, I will revise the rate from 1 to 4 stars. When reading the big folder, it will become hung for a moment. Need to wait. It will be better if you add some progress bar to indicates the process is still running. Not looks hung.
I don't see anywhere that allows me to "Root" my Galaxy. That is the only reason I downloaded the app! The developer may not have meant for the app to do that, but it popped up when I searched for a rooting program.
It works, but SO Many ads! 1 ad for Every Move, and not the short kind either. You have to wait 5+5 seconds to skip the first one and before you can close the one that follows up. Sometimes more. Really obnoxious ads too. Rap, Tik Tok, Credit cards, ect. Low energy level stuff. Use anything else my friends. Love you all out there. Take care of yourselves. 🌎🌟
I upgraded to pro version, when I copy files and then paste them the app crashes, not once but every time, root permissions have been granted, so far this app has not done the job I got it for, hence a 1 star rating, and a failure to deliver. Happy for dev to contact me to resolve this problem.
Not super impressed with this app... At all.. The older version seems to be more useful. There is no option to purcahse an ad free version in the play store, unless I am blind. It popped up and asked me to buy the premium version, which I did, but it still tries to show ads because I get a popup about adserver being blocked. I would buy the "premium ad free" version if I seen it.. So what did I pay for? Nothing changed.
Every time you click on a file or directory, a full screen, full length, non-skippable video ad with sound pops up. Unbelievably annoying! Uninstalled immediately.
it's kinda weak to be honest, and this is the only file manager i tried that can't access my microSD card ? that is an unforgivable sin for a file manager and instead we have a root explorer and could integration? like, way to decorate a turd, get the basics right first. It might be a premium only feature, but the app doesn't tell you. The reason i got this app is because i have an MP3 song i can't delete, because it's read only and this app says it can change file permissions, well it can't, it only tells you what permissions the file has and that too in a difficult way to understand. Also there are better file managers out there with no ads and premium versions, so there is no reason for me to use this.
This app plays a full screen video ad with sound after every click. It was good once, but is now completely unusable. You can't even back out of the app while the video is playing. I expect some ads in a free app, but this is rediculous!
Works great.... if you have a DNS ad blocker enabled. But I have no intention of using an app (or supporting a developer) that exploits its users by displaying full-screen video ads every 5 seconds. I far prefer FX (another app which never shows ads).
Yes, i love ads so much, every 3 clicks in this app gives me a 5+ second ad. How greedy can a dev be? Really. This is an adware, with the emphasize on ad. Download total commander please. It has more features like easy chmodding and loads more.
Completely unusable. I have to go through 1 minute of adds to go into one folder, then another minute to look at another folder. I'm not trying to waste 30 minutes just to delete a few files.
I get that you need to display ads, as lots of apps do but being forced to watch TWO ads EVERYTIME I click on ONE folder ( yes one) is absolutely ridiculous. I don't care how good your app is, I wouldn't even buy it after that!
This is a great app but not sure it's working properly on Android Pie. I am using it on my tablets and phones that are not rooted. I just purchased a new Tab S5e running Android Pie and it refuses to see my SD card. but on all my other devices running Android 7 I can see both internal memory and SD card. Sorry. I'm downgrading my rating to two stars I have tried to reach the developer and my emails are ignored. My phone Auto updated to Oreo and now I cannot see SD card. Both android 8 and 9 no.
Holy ads Batman! It works but it shows a 15-30 second ad every 1 to 3 clicks making it nearly unusable. I get needing to make some money but tone it down a bit. I got hit with click, 30 second ad, click 30 second ad for 4 times in a row.
Great app, got premium, please add SD Card support, further customization would be nice. After update it stopped showing icons/thumnails for apks, video files, and a few others, and can't use this app to install apks.. Tried reinstalling, and now I can't verify that i had already bought the upgrade, constant ads..
Full ad videos just too look through your files? No thank you. It's insane. If they didn't do this and just had ads at the top or bottom I would have tried it long enough to maybe pay for it.
App uses to be great, was my favorite. Now it has more ads than the Superbowl. Literally, every 2-3 taps/actions and you're back to another full screen ad you can't skip. Garbage, complete and utter trash app now.
This app jas several crippled features like the ability to change view, locked behind solicitations to upgrade to pro. Annoying unintuitive navigation, including lack of an option to go up a level (..)
You seriously need to get with the times. Full screen ads are no longer used. I agree with others that a full screen, unmuted, 10-15 second ad every few clicks is ridiculous.
Simple and working. Got the desired info plus lots more details. Very useful and înformative application that allows you to see al aspects of your phone's specifications, CPU, Software, etc. I found this really useful for choosing the correct versionS of apk files to install.
I know ads are mandataroy in most free apps , but a file browser that gives a 5 seconds ad EVERY time i open a directory is rather inconvenience ! Maybe i didnt word this one right : id rather to suffocate into coma causing brain damage than using this app for 10 continues minutes . Good job .
This used to be my favorite storage app but the adds are out of control! I understand if there's a add every once and a while but this app will give you a full 30-60 sec add nearly everytime you press on a folder.

Don't see reviews. Just install the app! It is one of the most cleanest root browser I have ever seen. It does not have any interruptive ads. It never interrupts you to rate or buy premium. It gives the material UI, with multiple themes to choose, so customisation is heavy. The tasks it performs are smooth and interactive.
