After each change of a submode or the Wait after boot the hard reset is necessary (not fast). - Samsung submode.On different models/insertions of Samsung smartphones different formats of commands of the radio module for indication of entering calls are used. If there is not that mode, number of an entering call will be incorrectly defined. It doesn't influence in any way definition of number of incoming SMS.Integration with Tasker: for use of Tasker it is necessary to add "To start the application" as a task, to choose Root Call Manager and to enter a list name into the data field. Thus there will be a chosen list will be made the current.

Excellent app and works perfectly on my 3A. The only issue I have is the lack of documentation, thus 4 stars. I had to test every single feature just to work out how the app functions. A huge waste of time. Will be 5 stars when docs are available.
This is hands down the best call and sms blocker. No other app even comes close. Only four stars though because documentation is pretty much nonexistent but the developer is quick to help with any question you may have on how to set up the different options in the app settings. Just wish there was proper documentation on what all the different options mean.
My intention of rating with 1★ is only to get your (developer) attention on my review for this wonderful and helpful app. I may change it to 5★ once after getting your response here. I have noticed that some features, such as 'kill' & 'fast reject' of blocking methods on devices running with Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset is not 'working' or 'is missing' as it should, and that as works on MTK devices. The 'kill' mode doesn't kill the in-calls completely like a 'Fast-Reject' mode on MTK devices.
Supports Nougat and runs great on my LG & Samsung! Multiple ways to Reject Calls/Texts. It works so well, that I don't even know it's been blocking calls unless I view the Journal (Log)! :-) The developer of this app thought it through! Criticism? One: It could explain things a bit more. But the Developer was awesome! He was patient and made sure that I understood what I asked him about. I bought it the same day! P.S.: If yer coming from Call Master, it's a real short learning curve. :-)
Its blocking all calls on my second sim card which is data only. Does what I couldn't do with the default apps and easy to setup. Working on a One plus 3.
almost perfect. but when the start interface is set to journal. there is no other way to make it back to original start interface.
I have just bought it because one of my friend told me it is very good and it has a fast reject function that lets the caller does not hear a ring but unfortunately it not in this version !!!! Please i want the old version that have the fast reject option and thanks in advance
E: temporary 5 until I get spare time to mess with the app. Does this work without root to block/silence sms notifications or not? I see it has a no root option but I cannot find what the limitations are of this in non root. Tested it texting myself and messages comes through as normal. Android 9 snapdragon. Will update/delete review if receive any help.
Advanced tester. Used Motorola Moto G6 Plus Android 8.0 rooted Magisk 19.1, Magisk Xposed 3.1.5. DualSIM configuration. Blocking and dropping works ok on both SIM, correctly identified. Excellent support and very fast response from developer. Great app. Warmly recommend. Thank you MDN Software.
Good app dude. Just a quick question, does this app have the ability to block all numbers that use a certain area code? I have scammers calling me from a Florida area code and when I block the number they just change it and call me again. Edit: That's good to know. Thanks
Awesome! Does exactly what it says. Works flawlessly on .2.1, marshmallow and nougat. Do not have oreo phone but pretty sure it works in permissive mode. Great job. Keep it up!
I have been using Call Blockers ever since the first smartphone appeared. Coming from Call Master and NOT using a Rooted phone anymore , this is hands down the Best CallBlocker for Android PERIOD !! Bought it in less than 5 minutes , i hope the Dev keeps developing this app for the coming years
Seems to work most of the time, but then sometimes, texts come through from numbers that should be blocked.
Still need a lot of improvement. If I set out a white list, I still receive calls from unsaved number, we also need a divert support.
sometimes missing blocked number… ring coming… kill mode need to improve, caller get small ring… 👇 my version android 10 sir please add the option in my black list viewed - short by name / short by number / time

When I install from xda developer then call blocker doesn't work and when i install it from play store, then outgoing call doesn't work...

I am using a samsung note8 and this app triggered an emergency sos to my contacts without me knowing. I uninstalled it.
Will not work. Get message (Google did not allow this program to use permissions for sms and call log)
No clear instructions on how to use - too techie. Also, not blocking sms spam!

Try this app..but it block all my sms..i want a call blocker only..
I would have gave 5 stars but it does not block text messages from people not in contacts. Only callers. I paid for the full version thinking that would unlock that function but no, there is no difference.
