If it has an app that requires root access, it doesn't mean it's rooted and can't find which app that is. Nice app otherwise.
It's always showing Rooted. No matter you're device is really no rooted.
App serves one purpose and fails. Brand new Note 20 Ultra from Samsung is "rooted". 🤣 My S8, also purchased from Samsung tests "rooted", but cannot install apps that require root. 🤔
Showing false positive for Xperia XZ1 compact. There is no detail/explanation what each item means.
I don't spend hundreds on a device for some corporation to own it. This library's singular purpose is disgusting and even fails at being its own brand of terrible.
False positive on Galaxy S8+. No way to determine cause as no details are given.
Your test doesn't work under Magisk Hide. But for me it's great so don't try to get around it...
False positive on Note10+
Stcpay can detect my rooted phone but you don't...back to work
Glad to know that MagiskHide can bypass this...
Cool another Good Tool.. :)
Nice I Like this app thx dev
root not detecting
not rooted 😉😏
Its a good App. For starters MOST of the other root detection apps out there just told me that my phone was NOT rooted, and I believed them. However, each time I tried to enroll in Airwatch, it would be detected as a rooted device. Had no idea what was causing this to be detected as root (btw its running a custom ROM) RootBeer Sample App gave me two reasons - Busybox Binary - DangerousProps. Other Apps were not able to detect these and simply said the phone was not rooted (Airwatch was smarter than them all i guess) So I now have busybox uniinstalled (using a script I found on XDA called BusyBoxUninstaller). However I have no idea what the DangerousProps are. Reserving the last star for the missing info on DangerousProps.. Otherwise this is one of the BEST root detection Apps out there.
Flagged my non rooted one plus 3T as rooted device. Don't use this library on your project.
Beast of an app, love it!
It's really helpful
Canvas 6 pro and One plus one a0001 is showing rooted. I m using isrootedwithoutbusyboxcheck() method.
Well it is a well designed app, I wish it could give better feedback in app like why one of the things failed, like what dangerous props or what SElinux flags are the issue so that the user may try to correct the problems. Besides that this is alright app.
Great little until app for root checking & love the cool animation 😀👌
Wrongly showing.. just bcoz i hav root apps.
Rating boost!
It's good to know what certain apps are looking for when they try to detect root.
The reviews show that people don't understand what the app does. For me it serves its purpose well, so much so to the point I was able to get sufficient results quickly and easily to troubleshoot the installation of banking apps, PS Remote Play, Epic Seven etc. Amazing work by the Devs.
