Rosegal-New Year, New Sale

The clothing I bought was OK. But their site is full of FALSE ADVERTISING. There are sale sections that say "down to 6.99" and "down to 9.99" Neither link had any items at the advertised sale price. Contacted customer service to ensure it wasn't just an error in the app and was told they meant that the prices were reduced by that amount. Made no sense. Was told I could not get the items at the advertised prices because it was a typo and would be corrected. 2 weeks later no change.

I just downloaded this app last night, and I already had to turn off the notifications. I have had alot of different apps in my life, but never one that is as pushy as this one! Jeez!! Like people don't put things on a "wishlist" so you can harrass them every two minutes to buy the freakin items. On the bright side, so far I looove the selection of cute tops and dresses. So far though I haven't found a way to filter searches for like "just skirts" or "shorts". But loving what I have found.

The clothes are beautiful. Soft stretchy material. Don't forget the prices are not Canadian dollars, it gave me a start on my first order. Orders take quite a while to arrive. I tried to order from their special promo, 3 dresses for $39, but at the end l wantedbto double check my sizes and one was 3 sizes too small. Only one size left. I looked for another that said 3 for 39... Not much there. I cancelled my order, l will watch for more deald like that.

I just started ordering from rosegal and I love it. I feel confident in my own skin when wearing their clothes. I would definitely recommend Rosegal for anyone who feels stuck wearing clothes that don't fit right. I have had 4 kids and I have been wearing clothes for comfort not style. At Rosegal you can find your style and confidence and still be comfortable. I am so glade I found this app!!

I love thus app! The clothes are perfect and beautiful fit true to size and stretchy which I love! They respond quick to contacting them also. The delivery is alittle long but worth it because they communicate with you. Highly recommend!

Everything I have gotten from this company has been top knotch! The material they use is soft and silky. Everything fits just as expected. My orders always come on time, packaged nicely. I've never had even one complaint about these products. And I recieve compliments all the time when I wear any item from my collection from Rosegal. I will continue to order from this company , their deals can't be beat. And they are exactly my style!

Pretty good. I love the clothes & the prices are good if you have coupons. There isn't alot of help to get thru the website or enough explanation of procedures or how to locate items. The customer service could be better instead of making you feel like you are bothering them. I've had plenty of interactions with çustomer support through my sister, friends & neighbors. We all order from here & have the same problems. The items are great or else we wouldn't shop here. The prices are good.

The clothing selection is beautiful, good quality, and low price. My only concern is shipping, which takes a long time. With my last order, the Chinese postal service never shipped out my order. Rosegal is really good about responding and refunds though, and they refunded me in full.

I've only ordered one thing so far because I wanted to see how it went before ordering more. I was very impressed!!! The selection is great and what I ordered was true to fit! I will definitely be ordering more now that I know it's quality clothing and it is easy to order! Thanks ROSEGAL for making this plus size girl feel comfortable!!

Overall the basic shopping experience was good, the selection was expansive, and had good discount opportunities. However - their customer svc leaves something to be desired. I ordered 4 items that were to large and upon trying to return them learned while I spent $60 they only wanted to give me back 7 and so the process went on and on for several weeks.

This app is surprisingly well-built. I actually prefer shopping on the app over shopping in a web browser. To date I haven't found any features missing from the mobile experience, which is a rarity in online sales. No outside ads, no clutter or slow down, no background creepy usage that I can see.

Got off to a fun start with the Easy shopping and cute clothes! I ran into an issue with having to verify my address 3 more times after purchase and leave a comment or they would jot send my items. Now Avoid the pants! For the most part they are just printed leggings and not "real" pants or Jennings. The tops are true to size for 1x.

I have been using Rosegal for a while and am excited to try the app. I have always had excellent service from Rosegal. Any problems have been dealt with promptly and satisfactorily. There are so many lovely things to choose from and I am rarely disappointed.

So I had left a review saying I was hesitant to order but thought I would give it a try! However when I tried to use the coupon that pops up as soon as u open the app RG250 it said it was no longer good! So guess I won't be ordering again! Was going to order 7 bathing suits since I'm a boat captain & do in water manatee tours

I have to wait to save some $$ before I make a purchase. That is not due to high prices, but due to all of the great clothes I want to buy!For the most part, the items are stylish and they have every size from small to 5x! Sometimes I just open the app to look through the cool clothes and add them to my wishlist! Can't wait to get some of the clothes!

My experience using this app is I ordered three shirts and it took them almost a month to get here also I am kind of irritated the fact that I'm always getting a notification from this app about I'm going sales if I want to order I'm going to order no matter what I think there's too many notifications being sent out I think one a day is fine or maybe two not multiple

Its so hard as a plus size person to find beautiful clothing that fits and is affordable. I really appreciate the opportunity to shine and these outfits will definitely help with my anxiety and I appreciate the outfits that you carry. Sincerely a plus size woman just trying to feel beautiful in my own way.

I think the outfits are so pretty from rosegal. I like them a lot better than some of the clothes from other apps. I am also happy that rosegal carries anything from small to bigger sizes... They aren't just limited. So that wins me over! ♥️

I am very happy with the app and timely delivery of the items that I have received. I also like the fact that my concerns are often addressed immediately by a caring customer service representative. I like the selection of the clothing items that I can find online at the store via this app

I absolutely love this app I cannot stop looking at everything I'm having so much fun looking at stuff and I'm looking forward to actually having some clothing that fit and not just wearing t-shirts and jeans because I weigh 182 lbs and I'm 5 ft 10 I will recommend this app to any plus size girls out there!

Just downloaded the app for the 1st time and tried to open it and immediately get an error message "sorry an error occurred during data transmission, please try again later". Closed app and re-opened 3x with the same result. All of my other apps are working fine so it's not an data/wifi issue.

This app is absolutely wonderful, they're not misleading at all.... you get exactly what you pay for and at a good quality. The app itself is easy to maneuver around and very easy to understand....I highly recommend for anyone looking for did quality at a great price to shop here!!

It’s a great place to get cute things, they have almost everything and it’s so amazing especially because of the curves + plus section, most of it is all good quality too so it makes it really nice

Received order earlier than expected and was pleasantly surprised at how well the items were packed and shipped. All items seem to be very good quality. I look forward to and feel confident in placing more orders.

Anybody is thinking about ordering from anything from this company overseas think twice because the quality of the material is cheap I spent $181 and change for six outfits and I'm very disappointed the prices I paid for these outfits are not even worth it I received it sizes that I did not order they make the outfits looks very appealing on their website to make people buy but once you received it you will be very disappointed as well Buyer's please be aware
