Rosemark Caregiver Mobile
The Rosemark Caregiver Mobile app provides a variety of features and capabilities including:
Shift Details: Caregivers can view their scheduled shifts and details about those shifts - including client address/phone number and client condition.
Shift Offers: Caregivers can view shift offers from the home office and will be able to accept or refuse those offers.
Clock-in/out: Clock-in/clock-out capability with GPS-enabled location verification
Clock-in/out Alerts: Alerts to notify caregivers of late or missed clock-in/clock-out activity for scheduled shifts
Care Plan Checklist: Caregivers will be able to fill out and sign a client’s care plan checklist at the completion of a shift, and also have the client provide their signature on the checklist as verification as well.
Agency Announcements: Caregivers may view announcements, reminders, and other communication from agency office staff.
Voice Messaging: Caregivers may leave voice messages for their home office staff regarding things like client care, work schedules, and other pertinent issues.

I love the convenience of this app! It's so easy to use, I love that everything is right there ( addresses, phone numbers, client info, and maps) and I don't need to worry about lost paper timesheets! I use it both as a caregiver and office staff! Thank you Rosemark for making my work life so easy!!! Carrie
It's easy to use and understand. Using this app is more accurate for keeping track of hours than paper. I haven't had any issues connecting with reliable cell service
I tried to log inn several times but I continue to get the message "unknow error, system may be down" if the app developers fix this issue I will give a better rating.
Very glitchy most of the time, been having lots of trouble clocking in/out with out it saying I am too far from the location...... very frustrated with this app
Unable to sign in on app as a client. Have to use internet server instead of phone app. Too bad the app doesn't work.
Glitchy, doesn't work half the time, and really ugly and hard to read color scheme.
Great app. It would be great if it also totaled up the hours, daily, weekly and monthly.
This app is easy to navigate. It now allows push notifications which is helpful.
I am not impressed with it. It will not completely download on my phone or tablet. I t has been very frustrating to say the least.
I was only able to log into it one time won't let me now if it wasn't for that it would be ok and I would give it more stars.

I have been using the Rosemark caregiver app with my employees for 2 and a half years and I absolutely love it ! It's easy to use and train caregivers on. Has eliminated the need for any paper timesheets. Occasionally we have a client in an area that does not have good cell reception but the caregivers are able to use the telephony option to call in and out from the clients phone. Support is great as well!! There's several features we rely on daily .
