Much better now the last 9 months or so! 😁 (Something has changed as of April 2020 in that the take picture of cheque button is in same position as home button on the Samsung Galaxy. Home button takes priority and it kicks you out of App. You have to go to settings/display/navigation bar/navigation type and select 'gestures'. You can switch it back when you are done your deposit. 🤔🙄😔)

The app doesn't work if you switch from wifi to data or the other way around. It must be fully closed and reopened. Transactions often take multiple minutes to complete or the screen freezes. Would be nice if biometric data could be used for log in

Great work around Paul. I tried moving the shutter button to the side button, or tap screen used to be available. Using gesture to open far better. Blackberry experience for sure. Love it.

This new app upgrade is not the greatest. Sometimes you have to log in twice in order to do anything. Or send transfers twice cuz it didn't grasp it even though you clicked confirm.

One problem worth noting is that when using a google pixel 3 you cannot currently deposit a cheque because whenevee you try to takw a picture of the cheque it closes the app due to the camera button being located directly below the home button.

I actually like this app only reason rate it at 2 is because it doesn't let me deposit checks sometimes just kicks me right back out when about half done.. I am I the only one with this problem?

So far I love the app. If I deposit a cheque via an atm there is no hold on that cheque. Is this the same if I deposit via the app?

Cheques can now be deposited as soon as I get them instead of having to drive into town.
