I would add items to my cart but when I would continue shopping it would take me back to the very first item... what a hassle. also didnt want to update my cart. very glitchy, absolutely doesnt seem credible.
It keeps saying i have stuff in my cart but when i go to my cart it says it's empty. It won't let me buy anything. And searching products is annoying. It won't start off where you left off, you have to go back to page one. Time consuming.
Hi Horrible company.. i ordered 5 items and they claimed they wete sent. I paid $90 for items with $40 shipping. I NEVER got the items. They had to replace the itwms after DHL loat the items. After they replaced the items they flagged my account a rick and blocked me from calling customet service. Please keep in mind this is after they took my money. Very poor company.. I will NEVER order from them again.
Very disappointed. It was showing $32 for a Hoodie and $17 for delivery. So total supposed to be 49 or 50. but they charged me $89 whis was too much then they were asking. Never gonna buy anything from here . Worst app ever.
I love everything I've gotten so far. Perfect fit on everything, I ordered a swim suit that was soldout not only did they get back to me quickly but they also credited my account within a day. I will cont' to shop rosewholesale..
Don't waste your time with this!!! Took forever to even get the pants I ordered finally got them and they look nothing like the pictures!! Icing ok the cake is how I ordered the pants a few size too big and they are still too small.
Downloaded the app. Opened up the app and click on anything and everything and page will pull up and then immediatly clise and go back to the beginning of app. Will not let me do any thing.
they are a rip off. I never recieved an item and they refuse to give me my money back. Said I input info wrong. I recieved the first item I ordered and got that. Total scam artists.
ive ordered once so far and suprisingly the plus size is true to size and good quality compared to other online stores the thing i dont like however is that i set mi currency options to show for mi country and i am still being charged a diffrent amount then wats shown on mi order screen
I gave RoseWholeSale two stars. I ordered jeans with a jacket, it came after a month & a half. I ordered two watches along with a Blazer in a separate purchase, still have yet too receive those. Damn near a year ago
the fur coat I got I can't even get it on my back. it's a 3X. the pants I ordered doesn't look anything like what's advertised. I will never ever order from this place again
I love these clothes and the sizes actually are what they're supposed to be. I have no complaints so far everything has fit exactly perfect!

The app has got everything, from superhero costumes to car items, i bought 3 items so far and all have been delivered in a week which is amaZing
I ordered something on December 11 and today February 19 I still have no clue where my parcel is. It seems impossible to contact them because they ask for so many things over and over.
Delivery took way too long and the sizes aren't actual sizes, the 2x I ordered felt like it was a medium !
Ordered clothes from them till now nothing this is month 3. Do yourself a favor and make sure you do not buy anything from them find a South African place where you can do your shopping online. Their support and complaints division is the most useless and unfriendly part of the app. Already inquired and complained a thousand times to no avail. Be safe don't shop here
Company is fraudulent. Never sent item, refused to provide refund. App is awful, always being directed to online.
The clothes come from China cheaply made and are not allowed returns let alone they do not have a customer service so if it gets losts. o well.
I buy most of my clothes from here. Extremely high quality. I don't see myself walking around either which I really like.
Don't buy from them. They took 23 days to even process my already paid for order and the customer service was too bad to even understand that...

this site is a total rip off i order a lace wig 1 months ago n still didnt recieve it the customer service kept telling me that its in transit they been saying that for 4 weeks n they couldnt tell me nun else please dont waste your time n money this is a rip off site i never had to wait for a package to come no less than 2 weeks n then they will update your saying it just shipped out today when i just placed my order feb 28 thats almost 2 months so im getting me a refund heed my words ypu warned

In Android version of the app there is no Quick View button, so every time you'd want to look at items' details you'd have to click on the item from which it's impossible to go back to where you were - the app automatically brings you back to the first page, which is quite inconvenient if you just wanted to see up close something on page seventeen and then keep on browsing. Same thing with adding to favourites. However, before the app my shopping experience was very pleasant.
