There are dozens of reviews already regarding issues in receiving verification code still yoi guys are unable to fix this issue. The issue is very simple that Ported numbers are not getting your sms. Why don't you try other sms providers or atleast provide an alternate mechanism for verification like verification through call or email? Focus on resolving these recurring issues else you will keep using your customers!
I dont whether it is really workable app or not? Every time I opened received the error of unstable internet connection, however my connection is perfectly fine. I really need to book this ride for my office hours. Kindly email me or contact me to help me out. Thank you.
The prices are too much high i booked my ride for just 1km for amonth and the booking charges were approximately 8500rs per month. It could be bug in app please fix this problem. Thankyou
*Havent used, ignore my rating stars*. I really wanna give this app a chance so can customer support please help me. Its saying I don't have a good Internet connection to let me register on the app but I know for a fact my Internet is seamless and the issue is in the app start up. What could I do?
very good service. safe for females. the tracking feature updates the family about the location of their loved ones.
App can be downloaded successfully comment can be added on my network but app is still showing error bad network. Pathetic app
I uninstalled this application because same error showed every time that internet connection is slower. But all other software is working with internet
It keeps on saying failed to load unstable connection. Howèver the connection is fine. No use dont bother
Tried twice SMS [MNP] to 8874, and retrying to get that OTP, but nothing happened except my balance probably getting deducted...
What a crappy user experience, unable to sign up as I'm not able to receive an OTP despite multiple tries.
Pathetic customer service,I called their for confirmation thrice but no one responded so it means in case of emergency I will remained unanswered,this much safe it is...wow!
Code errors and they are working since January on this... Please delete app if its not working or you don't know how to manage
Application is working good but when I'm trying to cancel my ride due to any leave etc the application stops working
11k for carpooling is such an expensive service, even though for someone could afford this much so why not hire a personal driver with the addition of 5-7k only.

When will verification code error been resolved, I 've tried so many times but did'nt get OTP once.
While completing the installation, tried thrice for the verification code but never received.
pathetic app and service with very costly fares moreover it does not worl on data roaming

So i didn't wanna write any reviews since they never send car a pick me and was trying to resolve the matter it's been 10 days since the month started. i have booked them on 27th December and payed the amount right away as they said that of you don't u can't avail discount. then on the day when to pick me up they denied they don't have a rider and will refund. Till date i am still asking for refund but they haven't. and their service representative is quite useless. I am done complaining.
