DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!!! I spent 2 days on the app putting $300.00 worth of groceries in the online cart. I signed in this morning and what do you know, NO GROCERIES IN MY CART!!!. I am pissed to say the least!!!! This is the second time this has happened over the past month. I love the people at our local store, but I don't have the time to spend this much time on this app that was developed by a preschooler. As bad as I hate to give Walmart my business I will drive 15 miles to do so.

Stupid app. While scrolling thru store list, the app selected a store & no matter how hard I tried, it won't let me deselect it & find my local store. Ridiculous. Uninstalling.

I posted a review back on 2/6/22. Received a comment to contact support, which I did. Never got a response, and the problem still hasn't been fixed. They did send me a survey asking how they did though. ๐Ÿ™„ Uninstalling the App, and I will also contact my Grocer to file a complaint, and request they find a different provider for their online ordering or I'll take my business elsewhere.

Used mobile app in quarantine, and while it ultimately served its purpose, it was a hassle to use. It's difficult to switch between stores (two options in my area) and when you *do* switch, the other cart is cleared out. :/ Also, the search results were difficult to navigate on my phone. I couldn't click on the red cart button at the bottom of my screen, and I had to rotate my phone to change the view. I do like the option to use my previous orders to create a new order. Much easier on PC.

Every update makes the user friendliness of this app worse. I want to love it because my grocery store uses it, and I love the convenience of in store pick up. But I just went in to order groceries tonight and it took twice as long to order because the design has changed, and now I have to click the item before being able to add to my cart, rather than having an "add to cart" option next to each item like it used to. Among other issues...

I had a simple order. Once familiar with the system it went well. I used a laptop so no compromise on finding items in a small screen. The only area I wondered if could be improved was the cost estimate. It stated it may cost more than stated price. It would feel more secure to know a possible % or range of this increase. Pick up went well also.

Whatever you did to this app in the last week has made it unusable. My previous orders are gone. My favorites list is gone and there's no way to favorite an item so I can find it easily. Your list of items you carry at Maceys is spotty, so I have to search for most items by brand and name, which usually works, but if I don't remember the brand, I am out of luck. You can't click on an item to see size or description any more. And half the time if I tap the Browse Departments button it doesn't take me to the list of departments. It took me 30 minutes to put 10 items in my cart, and then I gave up. I was using the pick up service weekly, but now I would rather walk into Walmart on a busy Saturday afternoon than spend another frustrating minute with this app.

This app is absolutely terrible. I've tried restarting my phone, and reinstalling the app, but no matter what it freezes at every opportunity. I can't even successfully check out anymore (it freezes after you add your phone number so you can't click continue.) If you are logged into your account you can log in on the website and finish there though, which is a relief after an hour of frustrating shopping. I don't know who Rosauers paid to develop this app, but they should get their money back.

Worst of the grocery apps. It was one of the first but apoarently has not made any effort to improve. Theres no intuitive way to view your order. If an item needs to be added after the order is complete you have to phone the store and talk to them to add the item. Really?????? I consider Rosie to be a clear last resort only for items not available elsewhere. Instacart is not great but Rosie makes it look like a superstar.

Works perfectly, synchs with my ongoing browser order. I like it. And... both the app and browser versions save your cumulative order so you can build it on the fly, close and reopen as often as you like before ordering to add more items, and then complete your order. Bulk items are calculated in 1/4 lb. increments and you can save favorites to a personal reference list. Past orders are also accessible.

The app is just really bad. Bad interface, clicking an item adds it to your cart instead of taking you to the item's page, you have to click specifically on the items picture to do that, you cant use your phones back arrow you have to use the X on the app's page. Walmart and Kroger are superior apps but this is the only way for me to order from Maceys.

I don't "review" apps very often but, I've waited 40 minutes (several different times, sometimes several times in one day) for this app to simply allow me to check out and pay for my purchase. I've tried since yesterday and keep getting time out errors, which means my desired pick up times get pushed out into the evenings. The point of using this app is to save time by shopping virtually and picking the products up later at a convenient time. $350+ sitting in my cart the last 48hrs, FOR WHAT!?

I have never left a review of an app before because no other app has ever driven me to this point of craziness. I spend more time reloading this it than I ever do getting to use the darn thing. It freezes up, stalls out and refuses to work every time I use it. Please, please fix this issue! Also, it would be really awesome if you could add a place to use gift cards for payment. Thank you.

In response to Rosie's response. I still cannot remove items from my cart if they are listed as unavailable. It simply says unavailable, there is no item selector. The app also struggles with letting you scroll down. It is usually solved with force quitting it several times and reopening the app. However, today I went to place my order and after entering my phone number it won't let me scroll down at all. It just sits there. I can't place an order at all. Please fix this immediately.

So, so experience. Once your order is placed I'm finding no way (intuitive or not) to actually view the list of items that I ordered. I did receive an email confirmation but would, like to view in app as well. Especially after the store called/texted me regarding substitutions for unavailable items.

This is the easiest app to use. I have previously used it on my computer and look forward to using it on my phone! It is so handy to have! This app works really good. I had put some items in my cart before I went on vacation and had honestly forgotten about them. When I came home I went to check to see if their Diet Cokes were on sale. The app had automatically adjusted the price of the items I had in my cart!! How is that for efficient!!

This app is jacked. It's not letting me look at the contents of any of my orders. I can't verify contents of an order even after it's been placed. And there order was wrong because I received 4 bags of food that I never/wouldn't ordered and didn't receive a several of the items that I know they have in stock at the store I just left. With this app being so impossible to operate, I can't truly blame the service team at my store. I think I lost some money in this trans, and drove there twice! Grr!

I have been a happy user of the web version for almost 2 years. Recently had to switch over to app and have been really frustrated. I suddenly couldnt add items to cart and then trying to checkout with the 49 items I already selected it completdly froze and wouldnt show the cart. You need a chat help desk to salvage the vanished cart items for customers. Would also like a section showing all the stores weekly sale items

I was looking for a Shipt alternative and found it. I've ordered over three times without issues. The store does the shopping while doordash does the delivery. Great customer service from the store although doordash is slow from time to time. App is great but needs a update or add item to existing order feature. Thx.

App hardly loads the store I order from forgets groceries and I stoll have to pay. They added over 15 bucks to my total after I already paid for my food that they forgot so no I will never use this app again

Not sure what happened but I can't even use the app. I even tried accessing the website via my browser on my phone and get the same "oh no, something went wrong. Please try again or refresh." I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared cache, cleared data. Nothing is working....

No way to modify your order, no contact with the person gathering your order. Every time I've used this half my order was marked as unavailable and every time things were missing. Rosie WILL NOT provide you any support for refunds or missing items, they will tell you to contact the store. In my case I ordered $200 worth of stuff and received around half, and they do not release the authorization on the transaction when they charge for the completed total, so your money will be tied up for 1-2 months until it expires with your financial institution. AVOID THIS DELIVERY SERVICE YOU WILL REGRET USING IT!

Needs a serious update. App doesn't allow you to back out of a screen. Have to scroll all the way back to the top of a list to enter a new item. Then, after checking out and getting the confirmation notice, you can't get back to the home page of the app, it's frozen on the confirmation page. You couldn't cancel if you wanted to.

Wish I could click a button that would add or subtract qty without having to take me to the product. Try to navigate from product to department doesnt work at all. I have yet to use this completely since I adding items to the cart takes longer than getting on another app and adding 10 things. I already sent an email to support. Edited: I ALREADY SENT AN EMAIL TO SUPPORT. Do you guys not read these?

There is no back button or way to navigate around the site. I tried placing my order, no submit after entering credit card info. Went to the help navigation and lost my order. If I wanted to sit for yet another hour, try reordering again, to get the same outcome...no thanks. At least at Walmart there is confirmation, your order doesn't get lost and you can navigate around the site with ease. Fix this and I'll be glad to try again.

Excellent shopping experience. Not only is the app user friendly, so are the staff at our local grocery. I have Parkinson so getting around shopping can be challenging and exhausting. Its wonderful to have this alternative.
