This beta app version doesn't include some features that will come with official version:
-Tap wave, a custom preset unique in its genre. Watch your pumps in action, set min and max power, touch your screen following the flashes rhythm and look at the wave in your tank changing in real time
-Selective advanced voice commands
-DHCP. Automatic infrastructure mode IP configuration

ATTENTION: Android devices in Direct connection require to “forget” the Waver's Rossmont Wifi network and re-connect to it (once re-appears in the list) when the Waver is rebooted, or the direct connection is lost (e.g. for device suspension) or signal is out of range.
To include Waver in your existing home Wifi network (infrastructure mode) in the IP address 192.168.9.75 replace the 9 (this number is called CLASS ID) with the same number of your home router/modem (usually it's 0, 1 or 2). Check it before applying the Infrastructure mode.
To include several Waver units, also the final number of the address (75) must be different on each unit
Eg. Modem IP = 192.168.1.1
Waver 1 = 192.168.1.75
Waver 2 = 192.168.1.83
Waver 3 = 192.168.1.95
Etc.

Horrible App and Interface, Waver doesnt want to connect to phone, have uninstalled and reinstalled, held the stupid reset button to try and get this to work with my movers. About to take this whole setup skeet shooting and at least get good use out of it blasting it out of existence.
I cannot run the apps. Keeps crashing on me. Android 10. S10+. Thanks for replying this, I sent the mail already. Awesome developer. However I still need help. Only a day later, developer has fixed the problem and email me the solution. Good job. Finally i can use the waver.
Crashes on start up. If you hit allow to access pictures it crashes everytime. If you hit deny it won't do anything. If you guys need some Android help let me know, happy to assist.
When I first downloaded it there was some problems getting it working. I emailed them and they responded within hours. super happy with them and the support they gave me. I work for a local fish store and it's good to know how helpful they are with there customers.
app says "login error" before I've even tried to log in. wish I read all the bad reviews before purchasing.
do not buy there's no customer service there's no update you can do all you do is download on your phone and put it in there's no Us number to call for help,return it to store it's not worth the hassle too complicated

Doesn't open with my Galaxy s20
Had a lot of problems with setup but after speaking with the customer service team at Rossmont, we were able to figure some of it out. The app has a lot of functionality and options for customizing the Rossmont devices connected to it. There are also videos on YouTube that are very helpful with setup. Randomly get disconnected from the Waver. Keep having to unplug and reset. App works good but the product itself needs work. Would not buy again.
It's cool
I can connect with Chrome, but the app always fails when trying to connect. I tried use Infrastructure mode as my system was originally setup and Direct mode after I did a factory reset. I'll keep checking and update my review if things change. Update: I power cycled the waver and was able to set it up. All is well.
Great app and great customer service support by Rossmont
Been trying to get my waver and moves to work correctly for months. These things are a waste of money, they never connect, I always have to create a new aquarium and that only works 10% of the time, fans constantly drop to lowest setting. The "support" team does nothing to help you. Do not waste your money on these.
