The application works well. I had a few problems in the beginning, but now it seems to work fine. The information they give out well let's just say it's interesting. Just don't put too much stock in it As many times their predictions are pathetically wrong its comical but can be entertaining. There are still functions of the app I am trying to still figure out though.
Does not allow me to set up lineups on this device. Support does not have a solution? Gave them another month to fix or rectify issue and no response. Use at your own risk.
Every time I select notification settings, the app crashes. I am not able to get notifications since I cannot turn them on. The notifications are valuable if they work. Also, I cannot login to my rotogrinders premium account using the app.
10/1/2020 - --> Same as below 12/25/19 - Ditto 11/23/19 11/23/19 Content and podcasts are great! The tools kill it all. No ratings change is warranted. (First Date Unknown) The news is good, but the tools and features(Lineup HQ, Alerts, Filters, Quick Build, etc) need a major overhaul; perhaps "back to the drawing board consideration".
They fixed their app, cool, but honestly after playing for years, I don't think I've ever won a contest. I suggest going elsewhere. I've literally won more money blindly picking random players. Might be the biggest waste of money you'll ever have. Tell me how many top 50 you'll see with awesomeo compared to rotogrinders. Their "algorithm" is disgustingly bad. Don't download
Tried to register account, overlapped sign up tab and main page, making the page unreadable Looking for NFL DFS links...crashes the app Learn more towards getting premium crashes the app... Was able to setup on pc where it works fine, actually won me back after not wanting anything to do with it due to the app. This app needs work
Love the articles and analysis but there are some bugs to be worked out. The articles take a while to load and sometimes then app just crashes for me on my Note 9. Just a few fixes away from being a perfect companion to my DFS day.
I'd love the app if ot worked. I get notifications. When I select them it takes me to the app but the info that was in the notification doesn't appear. It shows up later. Furthermore some info doesn't appear, i.e. Eric Bledsoe not playing on 3/2/19. If the content isn't real time or accurate what's the benefit?
I had an issue with renewing my premium membership. I reached out to the support team. They had it squared away within a few hours. Excellent experience. I find the content to be extremely helpful in giving me an edge in DFS. I'll stay subscribed to premium for the remainder of the NFL season for sure.
Love Rotogrinders, the podcasts, stats, LineupHQ and the videos! BUT the app is the worst! It's always crashing and loads blank pages. I deleted the app and will just access RG from the web on my phone when I'm on the go. I'm a premium member.
Not as flexible as the site. Sure the app is great to build line ups quickly but it doesn't offer the same as the website where you can do 300 line ups at a time and save multiple line up builds. It's also disappointing that it doesn't let you export only the line ups you like. It only give you the option the export all the line ups built. I don't like the fact that you can't do multiple line up builds like in the site or that they aren't visible over on the rotogrinder site like other apps
The app takes too long to load. When you make a lineup and switch off of the app to enter it on DraftKings the lineup disappears and you have to do it over. Great info and insight, just need a better app setup.
I absolutely love this app. It keeps me connected to my dfs life. There are a few little bugs that I have to deal with. When I go from tab to tab inside my phone, it will lose where it was on the RG app for example.
Gave three stars because I love the content, but the app is not very intuitive. Menus are clunky, sometimes scrolling stops abruptly, some menus don't open.
Website and content are great but the app is borderline unusable. Crashes constantly, terrible user experience / navigation. I would use it WAY more often if it was improved.
I think it is a decent app, but they are always trying to get you to pay for the premium content. If I wanted premium I would pay for it. Also premium contact comes up first, even when the information is older.
I look forward to reading the different columns particularly Justin Van Zudant, as it helps me approach the week. I also value the experts picks. This is fun for me and I have benefitted from their advice. I don't really know how to leverage all of the features which probably puts me at a disadvantage. However this has been a great product.
Audio works sometimes. Crashes frequently. Maybe its because I am not a premium subscriber but its performance wouldn't make me want to sign up.
This app would be pretty good if it didn't cost a fortune to be a member for a month like sportsline and number fire or 999 a month and you get a lineup optimizer and all that so you guys should be a little more reasonable I heard you're good but I can't tell....
Since the last update the app crashes every time I attempt to use it. If the developer could fix the problem the app would easily rate 5 stars.
Can no longer access premium content on my phone after the update. Works fine on pc. Update to 1 star...doesnt work even on pc now. Premium content shows old info and doesnt update to current.
This is a good app helps with getting a good feel for a slate and helping have more cofidence in decision making I had a problem with my subscription due to covid and they reached out fixed my problem and comped my subscription good app with an interactive and responsive team I would reccomend
Love Rotogrinders overall. The android app seems to be a little bit buggy and closes unexpectedly every once in a while but overall a great product for fantasy sports.
It takes a long time to load, yes I have a good connection. The navigation is puzzling sometimes hard to go from one place to another. The content is A+
the showdown feature for draftkings never works, for any league. the mobile app is highly inferior to the desktop site. I get it. but figure it out, most everyone else has
UPDATE: I contacted support through the app. Prompt response and they pushed out an update. I'm very satisfied with the experience. Thank you! Great content, but the app tends to not play a podcast when selected. Also, I am writing this review as I reinstall the app. I'm doing this because the app keeps prompting me to login or upgrade when trying to view articles. I have a subscription. I have logged in, yet the prompt continues to appear. Reinstalling did not resolve this issue.
