This is awesome. You could feel the intensity even just by watching her. One thing is certain. That is if i dont go about my laziness & stick to this, i will definitely see results in a week time. Brutal but gives awesome results. Be warned, your booty will be sore until you get used to the workout. It might be difficult to sit and stand for a few days. Once you get going the stiffness works out in about a week or less. The more active than you are the faster the stiffness goes away. Liz is awesome do her workout 5 or more times a week and you won't regret it! 😊
I think its great so far. Wish it has real time following though. I have to pause and then play to do all the exercises.
It's actually very good for me and it is very pushy and motivating. I recommend this app to anyone who is ready to move forward

A great workout with Fast results! I suggest stretching before and/or a walk after to avoid soreness.
