Brutal but gives awesome results. Be warned, your booty will be sore until you get used to the workout. It might be difficult to sit and stand for a few days. Once you get going the stiffness works out in about a week or less. The more active than you are the faster the stiffness goes away. Liz is awesome do her workout 5 or more times a week and you won't regret it! 😊
