Round Table Pizza Rewards

It looks nice. But, as with other reviews, the cart constantly resets to nothing for no good reason. For example: you forget to choose or want to change your delivery or pickup? You can say goodbye to whatever is in your cart when that happens. Also, redeeming my welcome reward was not even possible. These problems make this app virtually useless.

Practicality unusable! It took me over 10 minutes and a dozen different tries to place an order for pizza. Screens won't load. Sometimes clicking on specialty pizza takes you back to the first page. If you choose to remove something from the cart because it added it twice it doesn't actually remove it, but turns the link red. An absolute joke of an application.

The interface is well thought out, easy to navigate, clean, and theres plenty of options without being complicated. The major problem with the app is your order/cart being reset for all sorts of reasons. For example, if you chose contactless delivery by mistake but then cash as payment type youre redirected to choose pickup/delivery options again and your order is reset. Reward redemption is also awful though app, and choosing some "specials" results in a "not found" message making them useless.

When app works its user friendly. However, I get logged out multiple times in one session. It also empties my order, so, I have to do it all over. It does not save credit card information, so, you get to enter every time--hopefully you don't get logged out in the process. It could be so much better. Rewards should have more options like chicken wings or 12 garlic cheese twists instead of 6. Also despite how many awards you have its only one coupon per order.

Being avle to order ahead is great. I love using it when I am short on time. The app could be better. Loading time is slow and my order gets dropped too often. When redeeming free or discounted food items there needs a different options like order now button and a seperate redeem in store button. I have missed out on too many offers because I forget to order first and then redeem in the cart. Once redeem is clicked you lose it.

I've been trying for months to order from this app and have never been successful. Corporate should delete this app because it has frustrated me to the point I no longer want to order from the Round Table. It constantly looses my order moving between screens, the welcome reward was unredeemable, coupons never work, etc. Online through a web browse is only slightly better. Overall this app is a very frustrating experience - stay away!

It's an ok app version of their mobile site. The biggest problem is with coupons and specials, which rarely work. There is a Specials section where discounted deals are listed, but trying to add one to an order results in a 'No Matches Found' error message. If you're paying full price it works fine, but there's clearly some functionality issues.

App is very poorly designed. Anytime you start an order and navigate elsewhere, the order disappears. Want to see if you have points to redeem on the order? It disappears. Want to see if you're logged-in so you get credit for your order? It's gone. It's tough to tell when you're logged-in - your points are always visible, regardless of login status. How to redeem those points is very confusing, and there is a five-minute timer which makes it difficult to re-enter your order, which is no longer..

This app is infuriating. Every order takes several times longer than it should. The app often simpky doesn't respond. Or for a special, it says, 'no match found,' and won't add it to the cart.

What absolute garbage. This has got to be one of the worst apps I've ever used - maddening beyond belief. Removing items from cart doesn't work, and half the time as you use it every little thing caused it to reset and take you back to the beginning. Virtually unusable.

If you mess up and use your reward, you have a countdown 5 minute timer to use it and then it's gone. Why? Other apps won't get rid of your reward unless you actually compete an order. All those points for nothing

Absolutely the most frustrating, unclear, messed-up app I have ever had the misfortune to use. I had to keep going back and entering the same information over and over. Then I'd have to login again, over and over. Then the item wouldn't be in my cart. Over and over. It's the ninth circle of hell. If I could give negative stars, I would. #junk

App needs a ton of work. The rewards do not redeem like they are supposed to. I have lost points multiple times and they just don't go through. I have ordered on the app get to the store and they see my order but it was no officially placed even though I placed it. Lost points due to that also. I buy 1 pizza a week and would like my rewards. This app SUCKS! PLEASE UPDATE AND FIX

This app needs a ton of polish, grammar, spelling, and UX flow help. Lost my whole cart once and had to start over. After my order, no confirmation. No way to see status of order. Lots of captchas (I had to solve 3.) We'll see if it actually works, otherwise it goes to 1 star.

I downloaded the app because i don't like to pay by card over the phone. The cart resetting often is annoying. But what i hate is not being able to figure out how to turn off the constant notifications. The mediocre pizza doesn't make up for this poorly thought out app. Uninstalling.

The "I am not a robot" routine times out way too fast. With every ap update the sign in routine gets more and more obnoxious with invalid email addresses errors, then two seconds later logs in. The ap needs major repairs. It is unusable.

This is the worst food app I've ever had to use. I've been trying to order pizza for 30 mins but it takes forever to load anything and keeps timing me out. Its glitchy, weird, and annoying. Website isn't any better on mobile.

The BEST pizza on the planet!! I love the rewards and the challenges. Staff is super friendly and easy going. I will never get tired of this location or the food. Worth the few extra bucks for sure.

After entering my email and password login. Asks for my phone number but says it's already been taken. The app should send a confirmation text message to the saved phone number to verify. Also it's bad assumption that phone numbers don't get reused.

App is a teensy bit glitchy; seems to have a hard time figuring out if I'm signed in or not but the pizza is always perfect. Delivery is always WAY faster than the estimates. We eat out or fast food very rarely (maybe once every 2-3 months. I'm stingy and cook better than most (IIDSSM) Very good value for my $$ Love my RTP.

This app sucks. Constantly getting to the end of the order only to have to restart the entire thing. Usually end up having to call in or go onto an actual computer.

It's bs with rewards, it's days 24 hours before you can put in your next code, but it doesn't let you till 48 hours after the first day you put it in. I 2 codes in on Sunday, and I still can use them on Wednesday. They need to fix that because that's just a lie when they 24 hours before next code

I hate how the app always says I am signed out and then I never know where my order is. I always have to call the store to be sure they get the order. Then every special that is listed in my inbox is never available at any of the stores, even the QR codes that say show to the cashier.

The app is designed fairly well. Easy to navigate and deals are easily applied. However there are a couple of major issues one is the color schemes used for checkout is white, so you can barely see the cart icon and it is very confusing on how to checkout. The second is some sort of technical issue that I have experienced where it tends to reset you back to the "start order". At first it would happen at "place my order" page when I would try to add a tip and now it will just randomly happens.

The positive: I was able to order pizzas, eventually. That worked. The negative: I navigated away from the app halfway through an order to open a web browser. I came back to the app and it had forgotten everything I ordered, and took me to the main screen, starting all over again. You have to be very careful to keep the app open the whole time it's running, apparently, or you'll lose your order. That's especially frustrating when you're coordinating the orders of several people.

this app used to at least be functional, but I can't even add a pizza to my cart without it asking over and over if it's for delivery or carryout. the UI is a mess, most of the text overlaps other text or images and makes it hard to tell what you're even doing and the phone's back button takes you out of the menu completely instead of just going to the previous section. this app really needs an overhaul to be worth installing. until then, just stick with the website to order online.

I wanna say, that the Round Table in my area has really great pizza. That's important. But the app is a downer. I've haven't been able to move past the verification process and lost all my points. I ended up uninstalling it to reinstall it and basically had to put a different phone number in to get it to work. The points I earned didn't transfer over and that's a bummer.

One of the worst apps, I've used. Pop-up boxes cover up order and payment details, most notably when trying to enter a tip. The app frequently kicks you back to the main screen and empties the shopping cart. There is no way to see the order details after you submit. You would think the account history would show order details, but it only shows which rewards you have used. I only use this app for very simple orders, one or two items at most. If I need to order a lot, I stick with Dominos.

Love the pizza, hate the app. The app would be terrific if it actually worked. The flow is fine. But trying to spend the reward points causes an error every time. Then I end up having to call the store and have them do the order manually, which makes the app useless. Also it resets your order constantly, if you blink or look at it wrong. Get that fixed and I'm happy to up the rating!

I love Round Table Pizza. They're one of my favorite pizzas. But the ease of use of their app could use some work. I had to restart my order like three times before I could finally get it right. Because, for some reason, when you hit the back button it takes you all the way back to your home screen instead of back to the menu. I finally settled for ordering pickup instead of delivery. I still expect the pizza will be good though!
