- of wandelroute die jij zoekt? We willen je hiermee helpen! Je kunt op verschillende manieren jouw gewenste route vinden. Wil je een route bij jou in de buurt? Gebruik dan dan knop "Routes in de buurt", wil je in een andere plaats, regio of recreatie gebied op pad gaan? Vul de naam dan in in het vrij zoeken veld. Misschien weet je nog niet precies waar je wil beginnen, kies er dan voor om de provincie aan te geven in combinatie met de gewenste afstand op het beginscherm. Natuurlijk kun je ook onze website (www.route.nl) of route.nl magazines gebruiken om inspiratie te krijgen voor de mooiste fiets
- en wandeltochten, hiervoor kun je de ingebouwde QR Code scanner gebruiken.Route.nl beschikt over tienduizenden routes in Nederland, België en Duitsland. Om precies de route te kunnen vinden die jij zoekt kun je na de eerste selectie je zoekopdracht verfijnen op thema, eten, drinken & slapen of op aanbieder van de route (bijvoorbeeld VVV, Route.nl, Falk) en nog veel meer.Ben je bij de juiste route aangekomen, dan zie je in één oogopslag alle informatie van de route. Hier kun je de route downloaden voor offline gebruik, delen en favoriet maken. Druk op de kaart en je krijgt de mogelijkheid om te starten met fietsen of wandelen van de route. De kaart draait met je mee waardoor het volgen van de route heel gemakkelijk wordt. Verder vind je een wervende routebeschrijving met knooppunten en bijbehorende sfeerfoto’s zodat je een goede beleving van de route krijgt. Zelfs de dichtstbijzijnde VVV, groene parkeerplaats of treinstation wordt aangegeven! Met deze informatie weet je precies waar je aan toe bent. Om je gekozen routes te bewaren, voeg je deze toe aan je favorieten. Op deze manier kun je de routes direct terug vinden. Handig als je de route later (nog eens) wilt fietsen of wandelen! Alle routes hebben één ding gemeen: ze zijn met zorg door alle partners van Route.nl samengesteld. Elke dag worden er routes toegevoegd. Zelf kun je ook routes toevoegen aan de app door ze te plannen met de route.nl fiets

Got this app in our first stop in Netherlands. And we have found it invaluable. It is easy to use and you can make up any size of bike ride you loke6with using the number nodes. We have been in Europe for 2 weeks and have travelled 450 miles and within that 450miles we have cycled 230 miles 😊
This used to be a great app. I used it all the time for creating walking routes and am a paid subscriber. Unfortunately since the update to routiq from route.nl I can't log in (error unknown according to the app, so helpful) and so can't use it any more. Don't fix what isn't broken!
Used to be a good app when it was still Route.nl, but this new Routiq app is having issues way too often. Many times I get an error when trying to save the route that I had just created or (even worse) unable to load/open one of my routes when I'm about to start a walk.
You can't stop your subscription. No communication from routiq whatsoever.
- Too many errors in navigation. - Extremely boring voice says regularly that I've to turn back or sends me to the wrong direction while the map shows I'm on the right way. - Voice should be switched off due to many navigation errors. Just watch the map. Hence, app is not useful if we all the time have to watch the map. - Paid version is useless due to too many errors. Just use the free version. - I recommend 'Fietsknoop' and 'Fietsplanner'. 'Route.nl' is a nightmare due to the many voice errors
Tried out the pro version on a day out cycling. I found the navigation functionality very confusing at times and it was often very unclear which way I was supposed to go. Also when reaching a knoppunt it tells you to follow the signs to the next one instead of actually telling you what way to go. In the end I switched to Google maps.
It would be much much better if it could change language of the UI to at least English. My dutch is not that good and I think I am not the only tourist who would wanted to use this app... With other words I would pay for the premium version in case it would be possible to change to English... Too bad :-(
Tried to cancel my premium subscription (will be renewed soon), but the site gives an error when I click through. Sent customer service an email but keep getting automated responses! Even if I reply to that email (which it tells me to do when the automated response doesn't solve the problem). Please help me cancel my subscription!
Used to be great, but now the map has issues suddenly. Not sure why. Pretty useless for routeplanning now. Last update was April. Please make more updates and new functions and work for my subscription else I will be forced to cancel and switch to for example Komoot.
It is a good app but don't pay for the premium. I paid 2 months ago and my account is still not upgraded! The worst customer service you can imagine. I sent 3 emails and called at least 10 times without success. Nobody answers!!!
Easy to use ! You can plan your own route or to use a route made by others. Up and download is efficient. Spoken navigation works well for cycling and walking. Paid premium version is recommended, fee is low.
You can find nice routes, but you can only set them for region (not city), which is inconvenient. Tried to download a route, it told me I needed an account, made the account, it told me I needed a premium subscription. Uninstalled.
Route.nl was great. Routiq is a disaster. Such a shame to see a good app wasted.
Best app for hiking and cycling routes, at least for netherlands. Has all the features I find myself wanting for. Premium version well worth it.
Creating and storing your own routes based on fitesknooppunten. It actually works and is usefull.
App is really amazing. I'd just like to know if there's a way to change the language to English. I have to use Google translate every time. hence 4 star.

Very easy to use and up tot date information
I paid the suscription when it was Route.nl and it was good. Now it changed to 'Routiq'and is not working and there are 'errors' all the time. This app also consumes the battery of the smartphone, not a battery friendly app actually since it was 'Route.nl'. I would like to know what compensation would be for suscribers who paid for this app. I paid the suscription, but I never received a notification about the change.
