Route Recorder is an easy to use app that makes it simple to record a path you've taken while walking, driving, cycling, sailing... you get the idea!It allows users to record their GPS locations and see the path taken displayed back to them in real-time using the Google Maps interface. This makes logging and tracking GPS locations easy!Route Recorder can record GPS locations offline so you can view the route later when you can access the internet. It is able to record routes while the app is in the background, as well as while the smartphone is locked.
Recorded Routes can be shared to other apps by tapping 'Share Routes' in the options menu. Recorded Routes can be selected for viewing by tapping 'Recorded Routes' in the options menu.Route Recorder now offers Route reports which let you know details such as :

- /Pro Version DetailsWith the Pro version of Route Recorder you get access to the settings menu. Many features of the app can be configured from here, such as scan rate, location accuracy, route color/width, map type, notifications, measurement units etc.General Settings allow you to configure a faster scan rate, better location accuracy (if you want to ignore "invalid" locations being generated during recording), the map type (so you can view the map in terrain mode, satellite view mode etc.), and the width and color of the line drawn to display your route on the map!

Notification Settings allows you to disable app notifications, such as the Terms of Service and "Rate app" notifications when the app is updated. You can also disable the notification generated when you have GPS or WI-FI disabled on starting the app.

Report Settings allows you to enter in your own details to generate more accurate route reports, specifically for calorie and fuel estimations. You can set your age, height, weight for better calorie estimations. You can set your fuel cost per litre, and fuel usage per 100km, to generate more accurate reports for recorded routes.Measurement Settings allows you to set the units you would like to use for distance (miles, feet etc.), fuel (litres, gallons), as well as your height (inches, feet etc.) and weight (pounds, stone etc.)Pro features :
