Pretty good. Some addresses are off by 3 to 4 blocks. So double check them if you are setting up a multiple stop route. I called to complain & was told the addresses were pulled from Google maps so Google was off. Which isn't true. Google maps puts me exactly where I need to be., but all in all okay to use.
I use this app every day...if you have one stop per city it's pretty good...but if you have multiple stops multiple cities then this app not very good....for example I'll have 3 stops in Leesburg Florida well instead of routing me all 3 stops in Leesburg...the app will route you 1 stop there and then send you to the next cities only to reroute you back to the previous city...once I'm in a city route me for all stops in that city...and then on to the next city
The app works.... Was 5 stars but since I've upgraded to premium there seems to be an issue when optimising the route. The first 3 routes were fine but 4 and 5 have loading issues that it seems to need to close the app to resolve. When you log in again the route is there and optimised so nothing lost. Awaiting patch to fix it.
I would give it a 5 star but after finding out that the IOS version of this app has the search option for finding addresses after optimizing your route and the Android version doesn't, is pretty disappointing. As a delivery driver I need all the time I can possibly save and not being able to search for addresses and manually looking for addresses wastes a lot of extra time I don't have. Will be looking for a new route planning app.
This app was great before the latest update. The previous version had a small feature in the "Edit list" button. You would find "route info" and it would show you the package # at the bottom (if you only pressed optimize once it would be the correct). This small feature allowed for an expedited labeling of all deliveries. It was ESSENTIAL for long days and saved hundreds of hours sorting though that fat and oversized default list. This app was great but when you take away a time saver.....
I use this app for my trash pickup company, and we have 300+ stops a day for each of 8 drivers. And all of my guys love how the app is set up and how they can follow along or make their own better route to get to the next stop. The only thing I would change is the marking of stops. If you're too far away it will pop up an arrival distance alert and slow the whole process of marking off stops ahead of time. If the app would auto-mark off stops or mark all button, it would make this app 5 stars
App has potential but it never ever worked for me when I actually needed it. Turned out to be a waste of money at this point for me until they can make the app far more stable.
Warning - This app keeps charging even when subscription has been cancelled. Notified customer support whom don't really give a toss and would rather bump you off to someone else. 3 months later still no result and they can't even stop payments from happening.
Good for the most part. Sometimes one has to wonder what it is thinking, but overall it's fine. I've only had to make minor tweaks to the optimized routes I run daily.
Would of given 5 stars, but when you hit the navigation button the addresses change when it loads up Google Maps. It's very frustrating too constantly check the addresses in Google Maps. Sometimes it can be out by kms. Otherwise I've found it very helpful.
Good app for creating work routes. Needs more efficiencies like telling you if you got an address already (duplicate), flexibility on managing notes. Transfer address to Google correctly so it doesn't give you a range of distance but rather the specific home you are looking for.
was very slow and couldn't find the address es. it was a struggle and time consuming. Thank you for your email, I did manage to put the route together
One may as well kill themselves trying to use the camera address feature everyday. I mean it. It'll cause you suicidal tendencies.
Do not use this app for work purposes. All my routes disappeared after signing in. I currently do not have none of my work information from last year, therefore I can not use it to file my taxes. I basically paid this company all year for nothing. I got in contact with customer service and they told me they seen a large amount of routes on their end, but in a different email they said they don't see it. I'm currently looking to take legal actions.
I have paid for the yearly subscription for my job. The first 2 months worked great. Now all of a sudden it isnt working. I've contacted customer support and they just keep going in circles and giving me the run around and it isn't helping. I've been without the app for a week now and it still has not been fixed. I tried requesting a refund and got denied because it didn't meet the refund policy. I wouldn't recommend this app.
You took a perfectly great app and turned it into an absolute money grab. I have paid for this app, off and on for years. Never again! Edit to respond to pigs. No, you do not offer a 7 day free trial, scumbags. You offer a way for people to give you their billing information before they get to try the app. You offer us a headache and a hard time canceling before the time expires. You offer what all the other charlatans offer, disgrace. And take down all the old reviews from before you ruined it
Best delivery route maker app I've ever used or found, and completely makes all the differences between fastest route with or without traffic, shortest miles driven, most efficient, effective, and reliable route maker for $10 bucks a month. It pays for itself, and more!
If you subscribe there is no way to cancel your subscription. The routes it makes for you are also not efficient. Theres an option for customer support but it does nothing. This is a conplete scam
This week will be the 1st time I'm using the app. I will rate it after I use it and I will give my full report. I PR🙏🏻Y this 1 works. I'm tired of waze. As I have to plan the route and all. I'll BE BACK...FOR THE ⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟rating...
Definitely the best route planning app I have used. There are a few problems, though. 1. When I am switching to maps, it will sometimes take me to a place not even close to the address. Thankfully I know the area just well enough that I have thwarted this from taking me to the wrong address several times. 2. and this is my recommendation, add something to design the route without doing U-Turns. it wastes a lot of time sometimes to try and turn my big truck around in tiny neighborhoods.
overall it does a job, poorly. It has no idea where anywhere is in relation to anywhere else, so you spend most of the time rearranging the route manually, which has been ok for the last two years. but it now takes it up to a minute to move that one address. and when you need to rearrange 100 of them it's utterly useless. and you can't set waypoints. I've resorted to pen and paper. 100% faster. was a good app, has slowed down to the point of being unusable. DO NOT waste your time with it
Using for the 1st time. Takes a while to set up and get familiar with menu. I'm planning my route and we'll see how things go. Then hopefully I can come back and give it a real review. After using, found it very cumbersome. Would not sync w BT. The point stop feature that allows you to put in various places between destinations is great. Wish it had a gas station locator. Continued to falter through city. Loss in mountains. This is the trial free version. Not sure it's worth spending $$ on it.
I like the app a lot. My only complaint is with deliveries to properties that are a back section. For some reason the app will take you to the next street over, which of course is not possible. This must have been an issue for a long time? Also would be nice if when you turn your phone back on for next delivery the app didn't always zoom all the way back out each time and stayed zoomed in on the area you had it on. Thank you.
My wife had 18 student houses she had to visit. I looked at Google maps and it would not let me do 18 addresses as best I could see. MapQuest was a disaster--giving me a nonsensical route. Route4me is a winner. Pretty interface. Gave me a very efficient route. One little glitch on data entry on phone, but even accounting for that this app is amazing--and it's free for small time users like me! Thank you!!
I cannot say the app is bad because I never got to even try it. The app does not have an option to import stops from the actual shipping labels. For those of us that don't get the route on paper or any other form that is not digital, it is impossible to use the app where there is no option to import the route from the actual labels. We use the amazon flex app to scan individual bags containing the packages, and the app gets the information (delivery adresses) of the individual packages inside.
After scanning out 100 packages, (my average), this app erases almost half of them after half an hour and I have to manually type them in wasting another 30 minutes of my time. When I also take pictures of my deliveries, it "notes" them, then I have to repeatedly take pictures until the delivery is finally completed. It doesn't always tell me there are two separate deliveries going to the same address, causing me to come back to the same address later in the day. 1 star. Still 1 star. 4/20/2022
