It would be better if i can see if other's have boarded their cab or not and their expected time of boarding. You can take some ideas from moveinsync app.
App is soo buggy, it never opens at all in my phone. Best part is we have to use it on a daily basis. It's being a greater problem rather than thn helpful!!!
Always takes ages to open. And most of the times doesn't even open and just keeps loading the page.
Very unrealistic app. Nothing is working properly. Even helpdesk feature is useless.
Only 3 upcoming trips are visible under My trips option. It would be better if all the trips were shown

OTP is not visible ..only three digits able to see
1) It will be better if you provide direct contact details of driver, we can directly approach to the driver without going to app. 2) most of the times i faced navigation issues. 3) Most of the cases routematic is unable to connect the driver. I can hear system voice like "your call can be recorded to improve the performance". But didn't see any improvement.
Worst app. App closes automatically when tried to raise request.
Good service. But, it doesnot show the make and model of the car. Such details help in identifying the car from a distance. So, consider to incorporate this. Also creating a roster should be one tap. If there are not multiple options available, then the values should automatically be filled in.
The latest update has changed the UI for worse. The call driver functionality has comma in it(validations should be in place). In the create roster screen, the partial text is visible. While adding the roster if one misses to select weekly offs and selects those at the end, everything else gets deselected. These major UI bugs need to be fixed.
Lots of bugs, opening this app itself is a big task which occurs to most of my colleagues.
It's not working for last 3 days. So annoying and creating difficulty to roster. 😡😡😡😡
The app is ok. Not great. Some features like Flexi need lot of improvement like: 1. It should store recent history and provide that as an option while choosing Flexi. 2. Reduce the number of inputs required to select Flexi. Currently it is more than 10. 3. Remove the annoying "Rate the trip" pop up.
Worst app.. The app crashes everytime if I try to select the nodal point..
Its a good app.. but need little changes. It would be better if we know the co-passengers name and thr number so that we can confirm abt the cab status even if the driver switched off the gps accidentally or intentionally. The position of the SOS button can be changed to somewhere top right corner because when we tap for a otp its very near to that ok button of the otp popup so that sometime we might accidentally tap on SOS when we are trying to tap on ok button.
Really irritated with the ongoing issue, despite of successfully setting up the password, not allowing me login and stating that my password is expired. Tried and changed my password for more than 10 times now but still not able to login app. Can you help routematic?
Extremely terrible UI, not user friendly at all. Lot of inaccuracies with the navigation system, plus the app takes it's sweet time to open and it often lags despite having a phone which has 8GB ram. This app requires rework from scratch. Does not even deserve 1 rating because it's beyond repair and substandard.
