This is the worst bus transit app I've ever seen and used in my life. Not to mention its extremely difficult to understand. And been I'm moving to a big city, and this is what the bus transit system has to offer for customers that use the bus? Completely ridiculous. This app need some serious work done to it. And the sooner, the better. Cause I refuse to waste my storage and memory space on my cellphone, for garbage like this app is offering to me. Please get it together, & the sooner the better
I gave 5 stars so this would be seen. For the past week everytime i open the app its just a white screen and not working. Its very difficult to figure out when i need to get to my stop to catch my bus. Its extremely hot outside and a lot of stops are directly in the sun and i end up getting very sick. Ive been sick for the last 3 days because i end up having to wait for 30 or more minutes. And sometimes when buses break down ive had to sit at a stop for 2 hrs wondering if im ever going to catch the bus. Please fix this. Ive unistalled and reinstalled and even my boyfriends app is just a white screen so its not on my end. Tha k you.
So, the only functionality that I want is to say a) starting address b) the ending address c) desired end time. With those, it should tell me where to start and when, and what buses to use. As far as I can tell, they don't offer this, so it's useless. Yet it's my only option for Baton Rouge, LA CATS system. Very displeased in my local municipality.
Deplorable! There are apps that track space probes in real time!! But the incompetent people that administrate this useless excuse for an app cannot even track a slow moving bus! I wish the incompetent CTA would change to an app that actually tracks the buses! Repugnant!!
I don't have an experience to rate this app. I downloaded it and all I get when I open the app is a white blank screen. If it were possible to give this app no stars that's what I'd really rate it as. I'm furious and uninstalling this app because it's a waste of space.
This used to be a wonderful app but since it's up graded to 2.0 (automatically) it SUCKS TO HIGH HEAVEN! Not 1 bit of bus route information.
A waste of time and space. I get a blank screen seemingly forever then a message tells me I've timed out.
the app certainly needs a lot of work. it cant seem to locate me. the map doesn't load properly. it's very wonky to use.
waste of time, no real live time on buses. just go on the website and download the route, its quicker and easier.

Not user friendly. I just wanted to know when the bus was coming. Kept redirecting me to route match
Update your app. It doesn't even work on the latest android systems.

This is an old version which needs to be updated otherwise it will not load
I can't seem to find where it's supposed to be able to show a little map of where the buses are in real time.

Rember Route ahout is the actual time the bus is coming to the bus stop. Bus leaves the bus station. iIt's running late and route shoute tells you when bus will literaly be there.
The bus schedule isn't always right
Difficult to use. Small town options limited. Might be worth figuring out if you rely on public transportation regularly and travel long distances or confusing routes. Wouldn't recommend for the occasional user or for those who are in a hurry.
