App is not in same sync as the actual paper bus schedules . Also app recently stops loading all together. The locate me in real-time no longer works. (Buses are frequently not on time in this city) You are not able know where the bus is. It used to work as advertised once it was first installed. Terrible app. So far it's the only bus schedule app for frederick co.
Very helpful app but is there something wrong with it? I tried to open it today and it gives an error message and says web page unavailable. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still get the same thing. When the app is working properly it takes a bit of playing around with to understand how it works but once you figure it out it's pretty handy to have. If it starts working correctly again I'd give it 5 stars.
90% unreliable. The 'Where's my bus' function is never accurate. It has no real idea where the bus is, and just estimates the time from the previous route terminus. The list of stops is not up-to-date. Having ridden the Dallas rapid transit system, comparing this app to DART's is like comparing a WWI Spad to an F-22.
Very limited app as far as functionality and efficiency. No area map showing all the routes transposed onto a map of the city. No trip planner. No alerts regarding construction and other known delays for routes. No fare information. Many other basic features found in most cities apps or sites for public transportation. Very utilitarian and not used friendly at all.
Overall the cons massively outweigh any pros I can figure out. Wish the TTA would use something that actually works instead of a program that's only shown an error screen for a week.
The majority of the time this app does nothing. It rarely shows where the bus is on the route . Lately, I can't even get it to show the maps. I'd the developers could get this app to function properly it would be a very helpful tool when using the bus system.
This app does work but it is not user friendly what so ever. You have the google maps integration but why do i have to pick a specific bus stop it just confuses new users. Instead select the bus then it should point you to the closest bus stop dependent on your gps pos. Clunky app just use google maps.
Works well! It's a little clunky on the design and interface side but with some use comes familiarity and the functionality is worth it. I can view buses on the map in real time and retrieve accurate estimates for arrivals and departures.
over the last several days the app has essentially crashed and burned. I cannot get it to load even the homescreen, getting a 502 Bad Gateway notification each time. it doesn't matter if I'm on wifi, LTE, 4G or roaming, it never loads the schedule.
I have forced close this application and then I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application. I'm trying to find out when the bus is running if the bus happens to be running and it's going to be up in the nineties today. And I don't think it's going to be nice having to stand outside waiting for a bus simply because your application does not work. Fix it
2 years ago when I was in Jackson this app worked perfectly. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and it is not working. Exactly as another reviewer said. It comes up to browse routes and you click and nothing happens.
The app is very slow to load, sometimes it won't open at all. Would give 0 stars if able. I've seen better software programs made by a 2 year old.
honestly it seems like this app is getting progressively worse. GPS has been very off lately (if GPS reports at all) and is at times easily the slowest app I've ever downloaded. really wish they'd push to make this work how it's supposed to.
I downloaded and deleted it about 3 times and I'm still struggling to see what's so special about this app. I'm not able to make it past where you can search routes. It's not showing me anything but the lovely colors of the of the home page
Highly unreliable as when you open they app it's a coin flip on whether or not it's currently working or offline. Great when it works but infuriating otherwise.
App has my transit system but - despite being linked from the transit authority's site - doesn't actually display any schedules, find nearby routes, or anything else it's supposed to do. What a joke.
I have missed the bus at least three times due to incorrect timing . It's not just me not getting to the stop fast enough, I've been riding the bus since before I started kindergarten. I can't keep spending the money for cabs because timing is incorrect on your system. Just thought I'd let ya know.
This app is completely useless if your area uses it. 99% of the time it doesn't load, when it does, it gives incorrect information and you end up missing the bus because of it. Don't even bother with it. It really isn't worth it.
Consistently slow to access a database with only 6 bus lines. Currently not even operational with a "Bad Gateway" error
This app was a life saver at first to figure out where the busses were and everything. It was a little slow to load sometimes and glitched a little but overall it used to work. Now I can't use it all all. Sometime in the last month the app just started refusing to load, it times out and crashes. No matter what I do, uninstall and reinstall, add all permisions in settings, it just will not load. Another problem is that it never loads when you use wifi. I'm really dissapointed and frustrated.
