Rovo - Find Sports Buddies

(Update : the Rovo Team clarified ASAP & i'm giving them credit for quick response 🙏 thanks) Dropped stars because i had a "recurring features is now only enabled for select users" warning – it prevents me from making changes (edits) to my current games / templates?!!! Was perfect before... but now ruined. I hosted a game with e WRONG TIME SCHEDULE by ur default setting. And i can't seem to get around to SAVE the CHANGES i made because of this limitation? Ps : i'm a frequent User.

Very nice app overall. Some suggestions - notifications are inconsistent. Either receive too many (e.g. someone new join group, who cares about this?) or too few (don't get chat updates). Adjusting notification settings doesn't help. Can't remove someone accidentally invited. When creating game from chat, can't add a game from template. If creating game from template, can't add players prior to publishing. Overall app works well, these suggestions would make it better.

Great app to organise and join games. I wish the devs can put a home button that's visible on all pages so it's easier to go back to a start page after going through pages of activities and profiles. Right now you either press the back button multiple times or kill the app first to go back to the start.

Useful for getting new players but cumbersome in screen maneuvering. I am about to uninstall as there seems to have many bugs. Too many to list here. I cannot even delete group created. Also when a organise an activity, it is not connected to the group. Is there a user guide? Very frustrating to use now.

Excellent app for finding pickup games. Please fix the share game bug, I am able to select the groups I want to share with but then I cannot click the button to share (it seems to be cut off the screen and I am unable to scroll down). It is the same on phone and ipad.

Great concept but poor execution. Wayyyyyyyy too many notifications and a very poor interface for managing them, some CANNOT be shut off. As a result I had to block all notifications because its so annoying. Also quite buggy still with the setup wizard asking you to join groups / find friends every other time you login.

This app is well designed and always evolving. Although there's quite abit of feature creep now making things Abit complicated sometimes, but once you figure it out there's so much depth and potential to arranging and finding sporting partners.

App is good to have, but it too slow to load, even if u hv 4g or high speed wifi still it failed to load, & notification lots of them, on other hand give the button to mark them read...it irritates user to see notification still pending, we can't mark them stop otherwise will loose the update of game!! Hello Rovo pls look into it!

Great app to find new friends to play badminton! IF only we can give negative badges to rude, unfriendly, bad temper, bad attitude, etc to players. This will allow hosts to avoid inviting negative players to join their games and spoil the overall experience of other players.

This app helped me find others who love to play,"around my area". Simultaneously it even registers your activity n makes it easy to organise games at will, with anyone, anywhere, anytime. I've tried other apps but no one beats this one. The concept of Pulse is innovative and helps a person to stay movtivated. Being a UX/UI designer I can say the app gives a good experience. Few navigation problems bt that'll get resovled as the app develops. Anyways 5* to you guys n keep up the good work 👍👍

It was good playing sports through this platform. I mostly don't find anyone to play with easily, eventually I stopped being here. Overall good for people in groups and teams.

This app is a life saver. I moved to Singapore 7 months back and since then I've been wanting to play tennis but couldn't find partners. This app has given me such a good platform. I can choose from multiple options now. Really happy with it. Great job!!

About a month with Rovo, I've found it really helpful to find playing partners and upcoming matches within the region of my residence. Rovo allows users to estimate their level of play through a rating assessment system which makes it easier for me to identify compatible players. Very good app for hosting social games or competitive matches.

The waitlist feature just adds someone on random, it doesn't use a first come first serve basis. Edit: It's even worse now it let's more than the max number of players in and the waitlist issue hasn't been solved for more than 6 months now

I had this app for a while then uninstalled it. It's a good app, but I never got any value. I created groups. No one communicated. I also tried searching partners for tennis. The app didn't help me much. I ended up joining a local club.

After the update, the app show blank black screen after loading screen. Can't even see or click anything. Close and click in back doesnt help. Even try uninstall and reinstall. Doesnt work at all.

Hi Rovo developers, thanks for the great app. However, recently app seems to hang, i.e. after completing a game there is no prompting or option for feedback. Yesterday's games still appear on the "Explore Activities" tab, which should normally have been removed automatically. Something is wrong?

Thank you to the Rovo team who are always prompt at fixing bug issues. Using thia app is a really good way for getting your excercise crave fixed while being able to network! Would love to see further developments 😁

What happened? I cant see latest news feed nor notification in the app anymore, i still receive push notifications but i cant locate them in the app. Really like the app but why suddenly i cant see those notifications anymore?

App work as intended, although a lot of people dont do their rating or don't do it accurately. Although the filter function is useful, it would be nice if you can hide game that you're not interested.

Can complete remove cancelled game from profile? It seems annoying when keep seeing cancelled games in list. Confusing as well. Not really user friendly personally. By the way, it's still a good apps to find games.

Platform unfriendly. 1) When someone post an event i can't delete that person posting. 2) You receive a notification event and when you click open, it does not reflect that notification. 2021 still unfriendly. Meetup app much better.

cant see new badges given to me, or ones i have given to friends. Keep getting notified that friends have joined / creates games, yet i cant see them. Timeline's stopped updating since 4 days ago. Full of glitches.

Worst app..Booked a slot in this app and it was not confirmed by the venue owner but my money debited..App also Not easy accessible and No customer service option..been searching customer service and there is no way to report an issue..There is no response even for the mail which i sent 2 days ago..

This brilliant apps help people in finding sport matches, sparing, etc. I met a lot of people when using this apps. I also played better badminton as I starts to play with someone in higher level.

The app literally doesn't work at all for bookings. Players are unable to utilize this app for booking and app is having many error encountered during the navigation or booking.

I tried book the slot the payment got successful but the slot was done and it was loading for long time.. seems there is no time out for the API calls.. kindly help on this.

I have been a rovo user for 1.5 years, lost 40kgs of weight by playing tennis everyday and a little bit of cycling + badminton too, all because rovo helps me find amazing games and players to play with everyday!!! This app changed my life, do give it a shot and you will not regret it. To the 1 star reviewers, bugs happen with every app update on ALL apps. Do consider the fact that this is a free app on top of that. You can contact the admins directly via rovo message, for quick fixes. ~ASH

Not sure how many users are active? Any indication on how many people see a post will give some incentive to keep using this app. Broadcast feature crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME.
