Current version of app had a bug and crashes on launching
Very poorly designed app, freeze everytime trying claim points, selection of seats disturbed by other bookings, very limited food selection compared to what you get on counter

It was the worst experience ever, the guy in the popup corn counter was so rude and I was using my friend roxy app to redeem a free popcorn 🍿, he refused to give and he claimed that I have took popcorn for free in the past... and when u asked for the manager he said he is the manager , although he is not , since I talked to the real manager. I don't recommend this roxy cinema the beach area JBR, and it is so dirty inside and I always fell unsafe ... so bad customer service don't use this app

Why the app need permissions to make calls???? Its scary app
Why 'manage phones call' permissions?! I don't have the chance to see the app because I will never give such dangerous permission to any app
Paid for tickets but it gave an error and lost the transaction after. Luckily the cinema people agreed to give tickets. Why does it want to make phone calls?
Google sign in doesn't work in app although it works perfectly fine on the website.
Why this app requests a permission to access and manage my contacts?!!!! And when I denied it kicked me out!!!
