I advise everyone to avoid this carrier, the worst I have used ever. I've waiting to get a reimbursement for almost 2 years, I opened several cases on their website, called their call center dozens of time and even went to their agencies several times...The worst of the worst!
If there was something less than one star I would've gave it to this company, not just the app. If there were any other airlines that travel across the country I would've used it without hesitation. Rude staff (not all of them), bad service.
More than bad experience actually it is a disaster.We had a reservation and took the rapide test but they refused to let us get on plane as this is not the needed test but they did not cooperate in any way to change the reservation .Very rude staff not a bit educated and leaks communication skills should be changed if the company wants to keep a good image. Customer's services take like 10 hours to answer your phone.
You are unable to select seat after accessing the seat map. It is just empty. Same with their website. Also, if you book seats for more than one passenger, you will have to call them to book seats for the other passengers traveling. Cannot understand how their system works. It is such a waste of time.
Horrible service. I bought a ticket in the app ,the amount of money has left my bank but no booking confirmation was sent. Moreover, no one's responding to calls nor emails. Scammers.
The worst travel experience! Been traveling for 33 years with companies from all over the world with no problem. But thanks to covid-19 I had to take royal air maroc for the first time to visit my family in Morocco and it was a disaster!!! They didn't let me board the plane because they couldn't find my name in their computer and didn't try to help me find out why after showing my receipt of purchase. So the only way for me to go home I had to buy another ticket from them 😞
WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. Arrived at the airport ready for our flight just to find out that for no reason we have been kicked out and have no more seat. The company refused to give our money back. Please pay an extra $10 for a flight by another company as the headache is not worth their discounted tickets.
The worst customer service and airlines ever. Is this how you represent your country and culture? Flight canceled yet I cannot get hold of the customer service and when you do they hang up immediately acting it did not go through. Please stay away and save yourself a headache and more. Stay away!!!!!!!
The worst airline in the world, they stole my money, my flight got canceled cause of the coronavirus, they refused to give me my money back or get me another ticket, i had to pay 350$ to change it, the second one got canceled too, the same thing i paid 1036$ extra again, when i want to the airport they said you have a ticket but you don't have a booking i don't know what that suppose to mean, they gave me customer service phone number they says call them we have nothing to do for you
Worst airline company, customer service almost doesn't exist, you cannot contact them. Scam customers money and refuse to give a refund. Avoid RAM at all cost if you don't wanna lose your money
The worst air line the worst customer service you keep calling all the numbers 100 times and wait hours for an answer just to get the stupidest answer to your issue .just now November 26 2012 there a black friday deal you try to book a flight is dose not exist in the app or the website I call them they said ther is no more seats when the add says one day to book and I was trying from the first minute and now its only 3:16 pm and she says no more seats for any dates for 6 months.
On October 9th I confirmed my flights for my return to Madrid oer itinerary. RAM eliminated the departure and moved me to the noon flight making me lose my Madrid flight to Detroit. Not only that made me incurr into lodging but also needed to buy new flight to return home. Claimed filed on 10/20 and 4 days before a month has gone by, no answer from them. Customer/complaint service is extremely bad.
I have checked in easily for route LGW- CMN and went to drop my luggage with no problems but now trying to check in from Morroco they don't allow me. 5 years ago they have denied 10 people saying that we were late but in fact the flight was fully booked they assign they have assigned the flight tickets to other people it is like the first come first serve basis. Thieves.
I booked a flight with this airline and it got cancelled after three months of talking to them I got a voucher and that I can't use online only by calling them, when I tried to call them to book my new tickets I told them that I found a ticket with a fair price but the woman from the call centre said the website price is different from the one in person using the call centre so the tickets were £184 for a return ticket but she told me that I have to pay £360 for the same ones that is thefts
Today on May , 17th 2021 I had one of my worst experiences in traveling. First thing my flight was at 8:05 Am and then when I reached the airport i was surprised that my flight was moved to 10:50 am and didn't get any alert message or email about it . Second issue was the customer service however when I approached one of your staff (who doesn't give me her name and I couldn't get it from her supervisor as well )she was too rude with me and her way of speaking was too terrible.
Bad service from Royal Air Maroc. It is really a shame!! They give a bad image about Morocco and Moroccans. If you book your flight with them you will regret it because of their bad service and if your flight is canceled you will never get your money back but you will get only a voucher.
The app doesn't work, it keeps saying oops, there is an error while booking, but when go on their Web page it allow me to book
I'm unable to select English for a language. The option is there but when I click it, it stays on French.
Never ever Royal air maroc, it's the worst costumer service that exists, i am questioning if they even one, i bought a ticket just before pandemic, no refund, no voucher, no nothing, and their costumer service ignores you...highly irrirating

I mean come on...It is a Moroccan service provider, what to expect.... yeeeepp one star...It is sad it is the only company that provide direct flight to US...otherwise I will never use them.
Worst airline, I never got my ticket refund after they canceled. Never ever gonna travel with them. And we blacklisted them in all our companies.

I've booked a flight, paid for the flight using a card. The money was taken from my account but I didn't receive a ticket and it shows the reservationas cancelled even though it was paid. Contacting call center and yet to get a reply to fix the issue. Bad experience and the worst customer service. I'll advice anybody not to risk using this app for any future booking.
