Registration
It only takes a couple of minutes to get started on Royal Bank ClearSpend. Simply download the App and click ‘Need to register’ and then follow the onscreen instructions. Please note, cardholder users will need to be invited to use the App from an account administrator.
Royal Bank ClearSpend is available to The Royal Bank of Scotland Business and Commercial Card customers. Over 18s only, other terms and conditions apply.

How can a corporate banking app be this bad? Ridiculously complex with lots of links and buttons that provide zero benefit but then when you actually need something you can't do it. You can only access 10 months of statements (and good luck trying to do that). If you need earlier than that you have to spend half an hour waiting on the phone and then they email you PDFs of your statements within 48hours. Seriously - it feels like 2002.
No longer working. States version no longer supported and upgrade. Same message after updating. Useless.
Awful. Constant phoning the bank having wasted an hour on hold to get the password accepted. Agent very helpful but next attempt to use app thrown off again. How are businesses suppose to function with Covid19 excuses and poor apps? I am thoroughly depressed by the lack of support from RBS.
Useless, I cannot even register my business card. Going to uninstall immediately. Another precious time wasted.
Disappointed i have to go back to cardsonline to allow download of the statements, it worked previously so why not now? Error message is "something went wrong"

I thought the reviews for this app were a bit harsh until I tried it. It is hard to believe that they could build so much complication into an app to check you statement online
Very poorly updated app. Balance never updates. With today's technology come on RBS get a grip

Unfortunately it does not work
Some bugs have been fixed, but compared with similar apps, it is a pain to use.
