I have latest tablet running latest Android system and cannot access my account ! Same account same access info on my PC and voila ..no problem .!What the heck can't this fn bank making billions every quarter allow customers to access their accounts from mobile devices ???
It took me 4 different advisors to discover my tablet does not support the app The first call- Dee Dee was repetetive on right app and it could be down- call dropped 2nd person Paul - SAME dung- different pile- hung up on me - no customer service know how 3rd person- Brian no help either except to offer someone else- professional?- 4th person- André took me to ONLINE banking- went thru that place and THIS is how I would discover the ACTUAL issue!!!

Easy to use and manage
It coul really use a good update. It doesn't have much to offer and sometimes can be pretty buggy.
App is good for checking how much money is in your account, the company lacks in upgrading to more services like Apple Pay and Samsung Pay, until then my feelings on this will never change.
It keeps crashing, will not let me in.
It's ok. Don't like how balances look. It's confusing. Then there are holds on money, but can't see what's trying to clear. Takes a long time for transactions to show up so not sure where I stand with available cash and trying to avoid overdraft.
Doesn't allow you to get a user id or set one up I have my rbc debit card

I had an old version. I wasn't offered a choice through Google to update. After trying twice (it kept asking for user and password) took me in circles, I uninstalled the app. I went on Google, found what appeared to be the latest version. I installed it and... it didn't work.
