Royal Caribbean no longer publishes a paper brochure. The app is 2017-2018. I guess they don't want us to know anything about future cruises. used to be a good company. Now, not so much.

For a billion dollar company, this is a 10 cent app. Nothing loads and only says download failed on every single link in the app. Can't view my cruise ship or any pertinent information. This could be a great untapped source of potential but major changes need to happen

Truth in advertising, this is a digital version of a brochure. You can't tell prices of specific cruises or specific rooms, can't book cruises, I'm not sure why anyone would download this.

RCL as a Emerald C&A member I really love RCL. I know you have the ability to make a great app, as I have used the Royal IQ app onboard Harmony of the Seas. But this app and your website are awful. On your website, often pages hang and don't fully load. This app is just awful. Please fix this, I want to book another cruise but your tools don't make it easy!
