App is so buggy, I couldn't even access it. Everytime i open it says my internet may be unstable either retry or use offline mode. I tried cell data and wifi. Closed and reopened. Un-installed and re-installed. Couldn't get past that message. I tried offline mode but not did some pages not load because of the lack of internet usage, the ship I will be sailing on this May isn't even listed anywhere on the app!! Completely useless. I will be sticking with the Ship Mate app.

Seems like the other cruise lines as well as most major airlines give you info on your specific account and trip details, but RCCL does not. It's really just a platform to buy more cruises. When you click on the menu option for your anchor account, it pulls up the full Web version. Better off just accessing their website from your phone's browser.

Better and more relevant information can be received with independent apps like Ship Mate. How can these apps provide info on my upcoming cruises and Royal can't? This Royal app is just a marketing scheme, providing advertising to buy a new cruise, but worthless for current cruisers. Even my info on Crown and Anchor is just a link to the website. Hey Royal, maybe you can buy out Ship Mate and then just use that app for your existing customers?

Everything you want to do just redirects you to their main website. No different then just using your browser.

We need the app to allow us to book and manage our activities for our upcoming RCI cruise. Please stop adding false positive reviews and spend that time adding some functionality like other cruise lines have done for their apps.

You cant login to MyCruises and see your info and deck plans. Not really much help... unless u r shopping for a cruise

You can't even log into your account. Less than minimum effort was put into this. Go with ShipMate instead.

The only thing this app does is book a cruise. No log in, no excursion booking nothing other than to book your cruise.

I've got to say I've always been a Royal Caribbean fan, only cruise line we've traveled with. I booked a cruise for January and within a few hours we realized it overlapped with a big event so called back to cancel and they were closed. Called the next morning, less than 12 hours from when I booked and they charged me $200 to cancel. Unfortunately they've forever lost my business. I think most things give you a 24 hour cancelation option with no penalty. There are too many other cruise lines to choose from for me to go back to supporting Royal Caribbean when they weren't accommodating at all! I even asked if they could hold onto the entire charge for a future cruise and was told no. So unfortunately I'm off to search for a different cruise line for my family to enjoy!

Useless if you have a cruise planned. Like their website this is not easy to use and has no use ful information.

Can't login to my account. Can do and find more on any browser than I can with this app.

Every time I get selecting everything and it supposed to go to where you select your options. It says this website is not available at this time as well on the regular site. Come on royal you make enough money you should be more in tune with your customers technically by now.

Useful if you want a very basic overview of RCCL and its ships, but no access to your account.

This app doesn't let you apply discounts, look at your account, or any other information. You will be better off using the browser on your phone

Not helpful at all once you book your cruise, like someone else said, this is purely a marketing tool. Very disappointed.

The app doesn't allow you to log in to your account. That should be the whole point of the app. It only gives info about the cruises which you can bring up on the website. 😒

Absolutely pointless app, you can't log in to see your account, make payments, book tours etc... completely useless

Poor app. Can't even open in an online mode even though internet is connected and working.

Whats the point of this app if I can't access my account, make payments, book excursions, etc... seems like a multi billion dollar company could afford to have an app built that has more functions and actually serves a purpose.

Nice looking app, but it seems worthless if I can't login to my account.

No access to find cruises. No matter what I enter it says no cruises. I think they just want you to make contact. I am uninstalling.

This app is nice to look at but can't access any account or user profile to update anything..

I guess Royal just wanted to say they have an app-can't log in better off going to their regular site. Hopefully they will improve this app and I will reinstall it in the future.

What good is this app if you can't access your account...? Figured that would be the whole point of having an app for Royal Caribbean. Deleting it as soon as I finish typing this review. Pretty useless.

No personal account access. Not worth having

Couldn't get into my account. Crashed multiple times within minutes. And provides little or no usable information. Come on Royal Caribbean, you can do so much better.

If you are looking for a cruise and if you want to know more about the cruises that they are and what they have. Then this would recommend this app
