Good app. Does what it's suppose to. Seems like the devs have stopped added features to the app. It would be nice to have finger scanner log in instead of the old school type in password everytime. Sad to say but even the Wells Fargo mobile app is better. All in all royal credit union is a good bank. Just needs to work on their app.

Why are we still not able to deposit business checks? RCU being left in the dust by competitors. It's now May 2018 ane RCU still does NOT have check deposit capabilities????? Time to invest in your archaic technology??

Works fine except there is no way to deposit checks like in the personal account app which is all I cared about. Will change to 5 stars if depositing is implemented.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app several times. It will let me log in once then it says invalid login after I put in my id. I can only access my account through the full website.

Cannot log in regardless the manner in which I try to login. At times I can get past the login, however it won't allow me to add a phone number. As such, I cannot access the account. I have been able to go thru the business account on occasion, but not with any consistency. This is the worst possible change that I have ever dealt with. I only bank online, using my phone is my only option and I am now completely blocked. If this is not corrected, I may have to move my personal accounts just to have access.

Thanks to the update, I can no longer access my account on my phone because the new app says it is not compatible with a Samsung Galaxy SII, and I can't log in through the mobile site (it says to update- I already did so), and the full site says my info is wrong and will not let me get a new password due to "technical difficulties." Not happy.

I updated my app and it still doesn't let me sign in....kind of bummed not sure why the update even needed to be done. It was fine the way was before..hopefully the bugs will get worked out fast

You updated the original RCU bank app and the update switched my previous functioning RCU app to the business app. And yes I am downloading the personal banking one, I just figured instead of telling people that they are wrong because of using/commenting on the business app, they might want to hear from someone who knew he was using the right app to start with before you changed it

This has to be the worst effing app in the history of apps. Extremely slow, doesn't let me in 75% of the time, and way out of date!! I'd rather take the time to find and drive to am ATM just to check by balance versus messing around with this horribly designed app

RCU App works great but it doesn't follow any android design guidelines (see Gmail app). The slideout sidebar is too new to care but being able to go back or change categories. Good otherwise.

This app hasn't been updated in almost over a year. It's extremely out of date, unbearably slow and it's a little unnerving that it hasn't been updated in as long as it has - that can't be the best for security. The mobile site is better than the app.

I think it's great I can easily check my balances, but not having access to what is being held doesn't help much. hard to know balance when you don't know what's gone through and what hasn't...

Login icons and Web pages randomly won't load, wrong site addresses (including the help page...) and no compatibility with credit card system.

I use it to check balance only...wish I could see my ledger. But helpful and quicker than full site to see if my deposits went in. If I could see ledger (register) would rate higher. Glad it doesn't store my login info, in case someone got my phone!

Can't get the app to work on my Samsung 10 tablet.... says "unfortunately, rcu has stopped working" which I know is not right as I can access it with my iPhone and pc!!! What's up with that??
