Royal Farm’s free app allows you to easily pay for items on the go, so long as the card is linked with your account. The app allows you to earn more points, view current deals, track purchases of key categories and locate ROFO locations in your geographic area. Key features include:

● Being able to track key food and drink categories to earn free items
● Being able to track points in order to use against a store item
● Viewing a list of current ROFO deals
● Geo-locating a ROFO location based off preferences (gas, electric, diesel fuel options, chicken, open 24-hours, car wash)
● Playing the ROFO match game to earn points
● Birthday perks during your birthday month

The app appears to finally be able to communicate with the stores once you're able to log into your account. Doing that however is a mission in and of itself. The poor cashier finally decided that the QR codes are a waste of time and that it's best to just use the on screen pin pad to verify accounts as the physical cards are now worthless. That seems to be the key to claiming rewards selected within the app. The whole QR scanning is so, so, so misleading and their employees are lost. 2x ⭐ App.

App needs work. Have setup. Signed in. User info and rewards appear. Go into store. Scan the card No! Have to use the app now! Go into app. Sorry can not connect. 3x reload change to wifi. Still not working. What's the point in having a card if I have to open the app to use my rewards while standing at the register or in store? What if I didn't want to use my phone? Depends on 5g or wifi. This setup needs work.

The update is actually a real improvement. So many times when an app updates, it gets worse. You get used to it working one way and then an update is supposed to help and it doesn't. This one really works better. I love the option to order food through the app for pick up at your local RoFo. If I can ever figure out how to use my points for a chicken dinner, I'll come back and give this 5 stars 😁

Looks like the app has been revamped, so if you were an existing user you can transfer points from the old design. We no longer play a game to add points, we have to make a purchase in order to build up points now🤷🏽‍♀️ redeeming reward items with points are significantly lower

The new design feels like something made in the late 00s to mid 10s. Functionality is not great. The registers aren't made to scan QR codes and no one can/will do anything to redeem items or earn points, rendering the app completely useless.

Your upgrade was great in migration for points until I went to redeem my points for a meal today 😔 Your system isn't accepting the new ROFO rewards not by scanning the QR code or entering alternate ID phone number on pin pad. I couldn't get my 2 piece meal yet its listed as being redeemed! Please fix it! SIDE NOTE: I feel so bad for the employees at the location I went to today as they tried everything in their power to rectify the issue to no avail. They are just as frustrated as the customers

Just forced to change over because royal farms doesn't like doing free stuff. Newest update has screwed up everything for me, so I can't even re-enter my info to transfer my 2000+ points from the original to this version. Trying to enter my birthday, and it keeps saying something went wrong.

I can't get into the app - completely useless. I completed the "verify and transfer points" procedure using the website the day I received the email instructing me to do so. All my points transferred. I downloaded the new app. I open it and select "I'm an existing member". I enter email, phone number, name & password and the app tells me that email address is already in use. Useless.

When trying to use this app to order and redeem the rewards you've accumulated you can't. It's very confusing and whwn paying the reward points don't come off. Then when you go to the store cashiers can't even help with the points to redeem because they are clueless.

New update is garbage. Rewards don't register. Tried to use my free drink for switching over and it wouldn't accept the reward at the register. Employees couldn't get it to work either. I'll just go to wawa, their reward system is better and it works.

They updated to offer order ahead, and it does not work. Just a death loop of error validating bag messages. Idk why it's so difficult for multimillion dollar companies to actually hire qualified IT people. Your business is literally losing customers from your inability to hire friendly people, or have quality apps.

Since the update, my login no longer works. Tells me the email is already taken. When it tells me to use the email OR phone number used to sign up, I still have to put both in, if I don't it won't let me continue. HELP ME PLEASE!

I use to love the app. Then they changed things I couldn't sign in and once I was able to do so I lost all my earned points and I'm now back to zero. And another thing I noticed is my rofo card says 5 points per dollar and everything else's in the app says 2 points for dollar.

Absolutely horrible. Trying to create ROFO pay account. Twice received email, "couldn't verify information, please send pictures of drivers license and utility bill". Been on hold with customer service for 50min and counting. Not worth the hassle.

They keep updating the app.. you lose all your points and cant get them back. It disconnected from the rofo pay and wont reconnect so no gas discounts. Customer service is utterly absent.

Fun app, I enjoy getting rewards for buying gas. With the high cost of gasoline. It's nice to get a little something extra for buying gas at Royal farms.

Ok, existing users CAN login but it's a pain in the butt. If you are an existing user, you actually have to click NEW user first and THEN it will give you the option to login. It's the ONLY way to get in if you have already transferred your account.
