RPG Characters FREE

I'm mostly pleased with the app but there are a few things that need to be addressed. First, it will not allow me to send my characters and templates via either of the two options. Second I feel that there needs to be some sort of folder option so that I can organize my characters by campaign and etc. Will rate 5 stars if either is fixed.

The best I've found so far for making character sheets, but two limitations preventing me from recommending 5 stars: 1. you can't change the order of pages in templates 2. I get an export error on my phone and tablet. If these get addressed, I would give the app 5 stars without hesitation, and would gleefully pay for the full version. Even so, as is this is the best app of it's kind. Aside from that, itd be great to be able to use custom icons, and itd be amazing to share templates!

Could potentially make entire game systems inside this, except for one thing ... When you use a Calculated Field and try to get the results of ANOTHER Calculated Field, It just says For Input String "(The field you are trying to get the results from)" I don't know enough about this system to properly do this, or even if it CAN be done. If it can't, that is something that should DEFINITELY be implemented, and if it can, there should be instructions somewhere, possibly in a premade template.

its a great app and really does work really well. As someone who plays the old school Marvel TTRPG, i know trying to modernize the game a little more is a little on the hard side. i mean what with it being a pretty old school game and all but this app delivered big time with character making. I gave it 4/5 stars mostly cause i found it on my phone and thought it be awesome to put on my tablet but unfortunately it doesnt transfer my templetes or anything. You fix and ill give ya 5 stars for sure.

Excellent. At first I removed the prebuilt templates and characters but I recommend keeping them until familiar with the customisation process. They give a good idea of how to use different pages and fields. I'm only giving 4 stars because I can't see where I can add modifiers to the dice or create my own (thus I'm forced to use another app for my rolls meh). Otherwise terrific app

Simple and highly customizable! Will not export character sheets or templates, just gives an error message. Should be able to change order of pages.

I give it 5 stars because it allowed me to make the sheets I needed for my own rpg system, sounds simple but every other app is restricted to other systems. Great app.

With a little work, this app could be the only one you need for all your RP needs. It just takes a little learning and a little patience.

Awsome app; This app is the first that I have come accross that is flexable enough to satisfy me completely, in as far as what I would use it for.

It's a good app. Has potential. Needs a print function.

Useful for creating custom sheets. I've made sheets for Masks: A New Generation and for my homebrew RPG. It just works.

Exactly what I needed, fast and simoke way to create our groupes toons

It says invalid template when I try to make a new character

Will no long read template or character files that are in the app's file folder. Tried uninstalling and re installing. This has made the app completely unusable with re making many templates and characters

It took a little while to figure it out, but once I did, I really liked it. I even made a template and sent it to my players do they make their characters in the app. And it worked well...until one day all our stuff was gone. The characters and the template. I assume there was an update, and the update made the template I had made not be recognised by the app. The file is still there in the proper folder, the app just doesn't seem to see it. This has been very frustrating, and very troublesome, especially since all my players are new to RPG, and I spent a lot of time helping them create their characters. So I would just warn people not to rely on the app.

Really great app, use of custom templates allows a lot of diversity. I'd like if the characters had previews of their image.

Awesome app I think it is really cool that you can create a template. Because I have a pencil and paper game I made and I'm trying to advance it further

Extremely helpful tool for creating PCs or NPCs, with any configuration of stats and attributes. Easy-to-use template making, that could be used for imaginably any rpg

Why can't I calculate two fields from different pages, it says "Invalid double: "f46 + f5" It bugs me a lot, I don't want to merge equips page with combat stats page because they're huge and it would take an entire day of time.

Nearly perfect, took some time to get used to, love the customizability. Great app!

Needed to organize my star wars run, thanks to the customization in this app, it took time, but was very easy to figure out

It's a great app if you like making everything from scratch, just have patience.

I'd like to use a calculated field to calculate a field. :)

The only ways I can see this getting better is if we could add folders for our Characters/Templates, in order to organize everything better. (: Could also do with a tweak to the variable bar, I'd like to type a number rather than move the bar when the numbers get higher. Other than that, a great app! The best one I've found, and I thought I'd run out of options! XD This app has made RPG making easier by at least tenfold! Edit: I stand by my previous statement, and upon further tweaking and messing around with this app, I have a few more suggestions. For one, I'd love to see more icons, specifically sci-fi ones, to help make this app a use-for-all type of thing. Another suggestion I have is to add a cloud save feature, to prevent my characters from being deleted should I upgrade my device or simply have to restart my current one. I'd love to see this app be built upon, and I'd gladly pay money for this app after a few updates.
