The story is deep and digs into the heart. It's a tragedy, not a comedy. The graphics are meh and the achievements are lame. The controls are meh.
It's very good but the maze at the end is far too difficult to get out of.
game woyldnt play due to very very slow interface. really wanted to play but
way better after the update. Thank you do much for fixing it, I enjoyed this game a lot
It crashes at any time :(
Slow kind of boring.
I mostly like the game. The party building system resembles that of Dragon Quest 3, with a few twists, the hero can chance class, and bigger status decrease. The in-app purchases are okay, but there should be some slow way to earn the same solitude points because of the extra dungeons that cannot be accessed without them; star lost for that. The interface is mostly good, but while the buttons can be disabled, the touchscreen cannot lead unintentional long moves, horrible with damage floors, star lost.
fantastic game. for everyone having such a hard time, complete the side quest cave of trials, and use the reward. Once you upgrade and lvl the new higher class, your characters are much stronger! Do it one at a time, near a hp/mp floor healer, where you can one-shot the enemies. As the new lvl 1 character is in the back, have them defend, and soak up all the exp points. Its a bit of grinding for sure, but in a hour your character is the next step up in class, and will be very similar in lvl and have boosted stats, not to mention new useful skills! Again, fantastic game!
This game feels more like a dungeon crawler than an RPG. Its harder than most kemco's game out there, dungeons are pretty long and encounter rates are pretty high. Going through a dungeon feels like an endurance and patience test to me. My biggest gripe with this game is that theres too much content locked behind pay wall to the point that the game feels like an unfinished product. You can't get solitude point from playing too. If you cant beat the final boss try to change your character to a knight up to lvl 30ish to get a certain skill.
A JRPG built on the budget of a value meal. Has a very, very well done story that is dark and heartbreaking-- only held back by its said budget and an awkward translation. Three stars because the dungeons are perhaps more brutal than even Phantasy Star II, and the final boss is nigh unbeatable without caving to IAPs. Despite this, it still managed to take me back to the 16bit golden age of JRPGs for about 13 hours.
The graphics are bad. not because of the style, but the slow chunky animations. I dont think i can play this all the way through, but Im going to try. i hear its pretty short anyway. the monster party thing is neat but id rather have developed characters with personality in the party. its ok. i mean over all it aint a bad game... just not great.
The game lags on my Note 4. The UI is clunky. Sometimes pressing a button more than once is required to register. You PAY for the game but there are items that you can buy with real world money. Seriously?? Basically, it's a maze game that's interrupted with fighting. I would suggest people not pay for this.
First of all, Wicca looks nothing like Elicia. Second, the genie idea is unique. I like the fact that instead of having a predetermined party like in most games, you can create and customize your party similar to Dragon Quest. The main character, Fort, has the worst luck of anyone I've ever seen. The game feels cut off at the end and the final boss is pretty darn tough. I didn't even know it was the final boss until the characters started saying goodbye.
I see how this game is similar in some ways to Soul Historia. Its hard depending on how you look at it. Unique but not my favorite
Fantastic game! Another smash hit from Kemco. Fantsatic plot, charatcer development and dialouge! The artwork is a step up from some other titles I have seen too! I was upset you couldn't change the difficulty until I started playing lol No need to turn it up. This one is challenging even for an old school rpg pro like me. Be ready for enemies that pile on the status ailments!! Granted, there are a few things that need fixing. You should be able to buy magical medicine earlier in the game. And this game is very stingy with gold and items! No free items in any of the towns aside from a few chests. Also no ability to leave a dungeon which is a pain because the dungeons in this game are very convoluted! My biggest complaint is that one of the quest items Leclear ore is only available in Elicia's field, the last area of the game. This means you have to backtrack out of a insanely complex dungeon just to use it. Aside from that this one goes right up there w Antiquia lost, Asdivine Hearts and Symphony of Eternity as a Kemco classic!! Keep up the fantastic work!
Nice but iaps not like symphony of the origin where you can fight for points sad not nice but fun
This and a few other older kemco RPGs are extremely laggy on Galaxy S4 using Kittkatt 4.4.2. Any help would be appreciated!
But the final boss is really hard and you can't skip the story, so you have always to click through everything. The not-skipping issue is also the reason, why I don't want to replay the game.
So, the game wont have sound as long as my phone in silent mode. Well thats quite complicated.
Worth the 2 bucks and you.can turn your monsters into any class after mastering the first few before and more after. Kemco might knock Square enix out the water soon haha
Last boss is insane though. Level 50 and still getting stomped.
Bought it because it was cheap and only 11mb download. Wanted something with an old school feel, wasn't disappointed!
Not to shabby of a game. The companion creation is a pleasant addition rarely seen in games jrpgs on the google market these days.
Great game. You never really had a chance to trust anyone. Except the archeologist. And the speech patterns of each monster was spot on.
Decent old school style RPG. About the only complaint I have is the story and dialogue are pretty long winded. All in all though, a good game.
It would be hard for anyone to say they don't like this game. Very hard to put down. Love the story line as well as the ability of creating my group.
This game is meh. I do like the contracts with monsters, but there is really no depth. Levels are repetitive, and puzzles feel more frustrating than fun. Lemming tower made me literally uninstall; the 12th level or so just made me stop. Difficulty is okay, and will require a LOT of xp grinding. Storyline was potentially good, but the by-the-numbers gamepkay and a to b progression couldn't hold my interest.
