RPR Mobile

The best real estate tool an agent can have. The integration from mobile to desktop is great. The ability to see all records for a property, like tax records, along with the property on one page is really handy as opposed to jumping from one system to another to gather the information you need. Also, I like how ready or is to call a listing agent. The ability to take notes on a property, both in text and audio and store them forever is cool. Perfect for showing property and not forgetting anything and perfect for preparing for a listing appointment. I use the reports functions everyday.

I have to sign in every single time I use it on my phone which is super inconvenient. I'm not able to email a property to my clients from the app which is just silly if you ask me. the app also does not save my settings. So when I am in the neighborhood and I want to see what's for sale around me it brings up everything including off market and already sold homes even though I have changed that in my filters several times. It's like every time you log on its starting over with everything.

The app does not have have the same functionality as the desktop version when it comes to building a CMA. Unfortunately the desktop site doesn't work well. I have to search for the property on my phone, confirm home facts and then go to the desktop version to build the analysis. The desktop version freezes and does not give results when trying to search property that are off market or confirm facts.

Requires login almost every time I come to the app. Not the most intuitive app when inside the mapping area. It should be easy to click on any parcel, and yet that is not possible. It asks you to update the app when you have the most updated version in the Google play store.

I love the ease of being able to navigate through this app. I can farm an area and create CMA all, see expired listings, new listings and more just from the home screen. It's definitely my new go-to.

I am very pleased with the user interface thus far. I look forward to exploring more with RPR. The reports have been very thorough with the demographics, charts etc., it is a very nice package. RPR is an incredible asset to Realtors!

Too confusing, too much stuff on here. Not user friendly at all and would not recommend. The website, however is great! Thought the app would be more simplified and I was wrong.

I didn't realize RPR had so many uses & features! It always loads the neighborhood information really fast! Its interface is very user-friendly.

After the most recent update 22 april my app keeps crashing. I have tried to uninstall and re install. When I try to search a property address it crashes.

Here are the few cons: -The photos can not be expanded for the listed homes. -The MLS updates status few days after Redfin and Zillow -The details layout is not user friendly, it's cluttered -lack of detailed price history Pros -Searching by owner names -The ability to download plot maps There is definitely room for improvement and enhancement.

Properties that are sold long ago are reading Sale Pending. The app need to be updated. The app used to be very accurate, but not anymore.

Just updated my app on Samsung tablet. When I try to use search criteria, it crashes. So far the new and improved version is a disappointment.

This app is not updating the listing properly. the information doesnt match the MLS fact sheet. Properties that have been sold have changed owners but the status remains the same. It still says it's for sale.

Crashes it won't open at all.

App keeps crashing. I uninstalled the app and re- installed the app and it still keeps crashing. Will not open.

Apparently landscape does not work anymore so if you're a modern agent who does anything on a mobile device, cell, table (witch I would home is everyone!) This app will annoy you after the new update 😁👍 way to "update

Great concept for an app, but everyone of my listings the data is wrong. Haven't been able to change it either.

Love this App. Use it at Open Houses, when I am driving clients to show. Have referred this app. to many colleagues who did not realize there was an app. Been using it for Many years...Thank you!

I have been using RPR for a few years now. And it is a tool I highly recommend in preparing for listing presentations. It gives seller's more in depth report in helping them list their house.

bad experience they add mayor stars to agents that not have great performance and destroy the price to units in much better condition views and fñoor plans. when you call to assess the situation, they dont have the answers and don't know how to fix the problem poorly customer service. i used to recomend this application but not anymore.

Good source of info when looking up properties. Just wish it had a contact for some of the properties as i have buyers looking to purchase some homes they find.

Terrible at estimating value, apps choice of comps stinks. I looked for a property I knew was for sale and the app couldn't find it. Reports look pretty good. 2/26/2021 Improvements are appreciated.

Great app to have but the membership is too expensive!!! They should not be charging so much if they want to have many customers.

This app has been a great help when working with clients. I've had to use it on the fly when i wasn't able to get back to the office!

Great app... use for most of my searches.... values come pretty close most of the time. Cross reference to my own data. Would recommend.

RPR has a lot of features that I am still learning how to use well! I am looking forward to using it to bring additional information to my clients.
