Does not work half the time and when it does work you can't click on one person without it just buffering.
wont open. opens to intro "RPS" white screen then closes EVERY TIME I attempt to open app. I have removed and downloaded it multiple times, still doesn't work.
Everytime i open it lately, it freezes and wont show information. Before this, it was working fine.
For one didn't even have the county I needed and every time I tried to get it to update where I lived it was not updating anything and was saying that I was 500 and something miles away from the county I am in right now so this app is totally useless
Just buffers when you click on a inmate. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and it still won't work!
app needs to be updated to be compatible with latest update on Galaxy phones. doesnt work.
It was working yesterday and now it isn't. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and that didn't help. Changed it to a 5 since it is now working.
Every time I try to open the app it's opens to the white screen with something on it and shuts right down.
Very limited agencies. With all the competing apps out there. I was hoping for better
I have checked this app every date for a week and all information is exactly the same. I know in a week there would have been at least one more arrest and since Madison county does not house prisoners (they are housed at Washington county) the one prisoner would not still be there a week later.
app needs to be updated to be compatible with 5G devices this app did work with 4G but after updating device to 5G this app will not open
Crashes or closes unexpectedly sometimes. Otherwise great app.
Won't work. I've uninstalled but it still doesn't work. as soon as it opens it closes.

It's a good app only problem to update ifo u have to uninstall and reinstall every time

I've always liked this app but I've been having troubles w it. For some reason its not updating on the prisoners who are in and who are out. I know there are some that are still showing that they are in when they are actually out. It seems like something is not being updated. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app to see if it that would make a difference.
