I'm trying to log my meals and take a picture. This app has "food recognition", that's why listing the ingredient is so easy. Also, I am learn g about copy mechanisms because of this app. Thank you so much for this kind of development, a lot of people should know that this app exists. I don't feel lonely. Thanks!!
Very through and in depth with feelings. Has a ton of detailed information and you can customize the diary to make it fun to fill out. I am really learning a lot from this app!
It's a good idea but is very rough. All the moods are happ, sad, depressed, blah....no normal moods....needs more in betweens. Whenever you add a log it defaults to 11am....this is very annoying. Why would you do this? No place to add vitals....such as blood sugar. There should be a checklist allowing the user to customize the info recorded. Super sick of it sticking on AM and having to edit every log for the day to change it. Clunky. Annoying to use.
Very thorough in allowing every aspect of food issues to be worked on. Very easy to use but thorough and with reminders.
So helpful in recovery journey. Love the helpful hints and easy access to tools to help move through difficult moments. Helps me create mindfulness around my emotions surrounding food.
This app was suggested to me by my dietician. It has been very helpful in the short time I've been using it. It has made me be honnest with my eating patterns and the psychology behind my eating issues. A really good prompt to open discussion about my ED with her and my psychologist.
App suddenly broken after new update. Can't log anything properly for my doctors and I've no time to fight with it while on breaks at work. Please fix bugs
Really straightforward meal and mood and food response app. It provides encouragement and tips for mindfulness, and comes across as nonjudgmental and isn't at all patronizing or preachy. I'm so glad it is available.
Comprehensive, but not user intuitive. Took me a while to find some of the functionality.
This app is super convenient as opposed to the form given to me by my dietitian. Super grateful that apps like these exist! I will say I feel that it targets individuals who restrict as opposed to binging without restricting, but other than that I love it!

This is a great app. I like the motivational messages you get when you check in about how you're feeling.
The app itself doesn't look like anything special, but do not be deceived! It's incredibly helpful and motivating and I honestly find myself feeling more excited about and hopeful about recovery since finding it <3
I've needed this app for a long time. Works well, lots of wonderful customisation.
Amazing app. My therapist recommended a food diary but all the ones I found were so intrusive and too time consuming. This one is perfect, plus it actually lifts my mood with the coping skills, affirmations, and pictures you can collect. It's also very gentle with its suggestions and I don't feel pressured to use the app in a specific way. It's truly perfect.
Really great tool to work with your provider or therapist. Being able to make custom questions and feelings is a great tool in treatment and recovery. I've noticed some some glitches, but nothing major. Some logs only appearing on the calendar view and not on the list form. Not being able to see the current month in calendar view if the Sunday starts on the previous month. This doesn't take away from the usefulness of the app very much. Just slightly annoying which is why I chose 4 stars tbh
It's a helpful app, especially being able to share with my dietitian and psychologist. There are a few bugs though, and things that could be improved. Off the top of my head: it only asks for a passcode to open about 80% of the time, photos upload rotated to the side, it used to ask "what time were you supposed to eat?" when you skipped a meal, but now it doesn't.
great tool for recovery thanks to the many coping skills and suggestions that are as good as what any licensed professional would offer. so far it's helping me to at least take one step forward in the right direction instead of staying stuck and stagnant for eternity. I appreciate the immersive meditations as well. big shout out to the devs that can honestly help ppl and save lives.
