I am using Samsung A10s with adroid version 10 . This app has challenges on synchronising with the band. There is a firmware update that is available but each time i try to update it resets the band and the phone's screen turns white. Please improve your software and make it compatible to current technology
Captures incorrect sleep timings. Does not record afternoon sleep. Phone call notification is only once small vibration. Require to vibrate till your mobile rings or should allow user to set duration of vibration. New issue. Now it isvrestting and loosibg all data like steps etc
This is the worst app I've ever had... It don't synchronize , but just say: This mac address does not exist. I had the original one on my old tablet which was android 4.2 and it worked super good but now I have a new mobile and I can't find the same app or an update for it (note: the old app said that it's for android 4.0 a d above) . I really want to find a good app for my band . PLEASE HELP !
Please fix this app. After I login it shows a white page then returns me back to the page where I installed the app. The watch is useless now cause I can't set the time unless I have the app. Someone help! also I tried the app on another phone and it still wouldn't work.
It's a worst. I am experiencing difficulty in synchronisation often. Also, the band is not giving more/less accuracy.
while looking into the data (weekly), date are tru cated on screen and difficult to know which date it is. kindly see the issue and fix it.
Overlooking the reviews on Amazon, I still bought this one, but the product (Wave 2) proved it's reviewed inefficiency and erratic functions. Within six months, the notifications alerts disappeared, the heart rate shows 221bpm (which never beat so fast even for my sweetheart) and many such errors. Pl avoid splurging your hard earned money on this product. The one year warranty is just an eyewash. The helpline does not respond.
Cannot login, since there has been no previous registration for this app, and unable to register since there is no such option available on the login screen. Phone under consideration is one plus 3, android version 8.0. on twisting the wrist its not getting brightened. Today once again observed that, for 1+3 model having android ver. 8 if we log out again we want to login it is not possible to login. it hangs for few munites & again shows the msg. of login & passward the app needs to be properly
can't see the sleep data clearly, need to add heart beat notification, and other sensor notification also. but it's a good product.
Nothing works. App or watch does not retain data. Heartbeat and blood pressure does not open on touch and hold.
I've recently updated my phone (OnePlus 6) to android 10 and soon after that i cannot connect my wave band to the app. Please update the band and app asap.
On synchronizing with the RSband nothing seems to work correctly. BP readings aren't correct and inaccurate by absurd limits. Most unreliable.
Fix the connection issues. On my android 9 it connected eventhough it took some time but on my android 10, every time I wanna connect my watch I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it👎
Sometimes there is some issues in syncing the watch, but overall it is good.
plz add some more watchfaces or ability to customize it .... it would be great if we will b able to change watchface from phon app

The band is OK. the biggest problem for me is that the data is not synched to Google fit.
Nice app and product....👍👍👍 But the app should open in-built camera app so we can add filters... Or it should add some filters...
Same thing cant sync my watch. My patience are wearing thin. Come on guys you need make a app work wit the act HR fitness bands....
App and watch both are good it should give timer and new wallpaper type thing .... Overall it is quite fantastic

wave o2 coming with music control,but there is no option for that any body tell how to connect music control....
unable to connect my device with app after 3months of use Plese provide update for following issues : 1. No stopwatch / timer 2. shows Device disconnected 3. Inaccurate Pedometer automatically increases stpes. Even when i haven't walked a single step 4. Blood pressure measurement is an inaccurate 5. No single firmware update till from the purchase 6. Only 4 alrams can set and vibration time is very less it vibrates only 4 or 5 times 7. Sleep readings are also wrong
