Decent app with some flaws and bugs. * Can't search by booth number * Favorited sessions can't be shown on a calendar or with a time * When I click any notification link, the app crashes * Each time I load any page, I get a prompt to download new content. This doesn't appear to actually download anything, it just prompts again when I load the page
I upgraded and now it says upgrade again. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Opened it up, agreed to the EULA, selected RSA Conf 2019 and a screen pops up telling me to upgrade to get the latest content and closes as soon as I touch OK. Fix this by March or the app will be useless. (I have all the OS upgrades I can get from my carrier.)
My favorites sorted alphabetically? Seriously folks. This should be sorted chronologically and the time should appear in the list. Lots of bugs. Filters don't work. Favorites don't sync properly. Very disappointing for such expensive conference.
Much better than last time I used this app in 2017, but still lacking big time! I have dozens of sessions favorited that I want to attend, and I have several reserved seats for other events. there needs to be a single view of my schedule so I know where to go and when. I had to download a CSV from the website and use that. The app should really have a usable schedule view.
Mostly helpful, but buggy. Needs a way to see favorited sessions in chronological order; Alphabetical is not helpful. Filters are broken, too.
Can't see my sessions by day/time, only see them alphabetically, very frustrating as I need to create my own separate list now. Booking a seat isn't intuitive either.
seems good, but would be great if they also provide the Barcode of each user in the app to ease check in process and others.
The 2020 RSA conference starts today and the App still can't find this year's conference. Makes it pretty useless, and really makes the conference almost useless too.
I have no idea what "please upgrade for latest schedule" means. If app won't install on my os version, just say so in the app store
Clunky, filtering is disfunctional, favoriting not shown next to agenda calendar so what help is it really?
Can't create one schedule for all events and have to log back in every day.
Could use a better view for the favorite events like how the registered events are sorted.
Wish I had better options for my agenda view. Filters maybe a hourly view.
Filters don't work, downloading a preso doesn't work.

It's helpful to have information on my phone. However, the app logged me out at one point and lost all of my favorited Exhibitors. I spent long time marking those I wanted to visit. It seems that closing the app will save the list, but once I log out and log back in, the list of Exhibitor Favorites disappears. I also tried the Sync button, but I can't see that it makes a difference. Now it looks like I'll need to manually recreate a list of Exhibitors to visit.
Same as some other folks, attempting to login just says an error has occurred. Not helpful in diagnosing.
When I try to login with my RSA 2018 credentials it says "an error has occurred". Doesn't provide any more information. Please fix this ASAP.
Stable and useful. Unfortunately, it locks into either portrait or landscape mode depending on the device form factor. On my phone, it locks into portrait mode regardless of the phone orientation or settings. On my 8” tablet, it locks into landscape mode. It's not clear to me why this design choice would have been made.
