App is a timesaver for when I am out! Works great and keeps me up to date on my account at all times.
Difficult at times because directions or descriptions aren't clear or common sense for feeble minds and how passwords are dismantled without warning or notice making you have to reset them and no clear instruction how to proceed on the app accurately.
Once I got the app to work, it was super easy & fast!

This app just keeps getting worse. Log on info doesn't save despite the fact I ticked it to be saved. Constant loading loop before minutes later it accepts my mobile deposit. I don't need an obnoxious robotic voice to tell me something painfully obvious as being in auto capture mode. Why is there no setting to turn this off? Don't like the fact that there is no option to turn off the reminder if we can "clearly see the date" for mobile deposits.
The app works great for what I need, but I just saw a bug that caused it to display that I had made 101 transfers between accounts when the limit is 6. I had only used 3 in reality, so it still allowed the transfer.

I love this app! So easy to manage my accounts, and transfer money between my savings and checking. Ir's much easier to save money now that I can just transfer money into my savings whenever I get paid.
very convenient and easy to use
I like the app except when I can't get in. Sometimes, it won't let me access it no matter what and I have the right password. You can use to deposit checks by phone. You can transfer funds very easy. I will be keeping this but maybe not the online banking. I do have one other pet peeve though- the list of transactions, sometimes if you want more information, you can't get it.
It's fine for depositing small Checks, they do have a dollar amount limit.
I live in Florida now and I can still seamlessly perform my financial needs easily from my phone.
Very User friendly and helpful
I have always loved the convenience of RSI Bank. The app only makes it that much better from mobile deposit to finger print log in. The are always improving the app and I haven't had a single problem with it yet. My only wish for now for them to have a wire transfer option available, besides going from account to account within your own bank account, but to transfer to someone else's account at another bank.
Very good for checking all of your information, would 100% recommend to get if you use RSI
Works well, would like to see scheduled bill payment summary on initial page as with previous layout, but that's a minor inconvenience. The usual headache trying to take a non glaring pix of checks for electronic deposit, but that's more of a phone camera issue. Thanks
